Costumer service worse than bad. Only reason I gave one star was because I can’t review without picking something. For an employee to say to me “That’s not my problem” or “Now because your talking in circles-NO”. - that is unacceptable. The phone that was purchased was not functioning appropriately. Employee called the phone from his computer system and because it rang “it works”. Yes it does ring but you cannot answer it or anything else that comes across. Also because it had been more than 14 days since the phone was purchased “your out of warranty time”. Never mind this phone is for a DISABLED VETERAN who had his leg amputated and IS NOT CLEARED TO DRIVE yet. The person that does drive him places is experiencing health issues at present but again was told by Supervisor on duty “not our issue”. Also a store supervisor, manager or whatever the title is cannot access a bill??????????? That’s what we were told. Shame because from what I’ve heard Xfinity phone service is really good Sorry but there will be no recommendation for this store. And if the store decides to comment on this post as far as “that’s our policy” - interesting because the first two times we came in with problems similar they were resolved by a very nice conscientious professional female employee. more ... less ...

Thanh is the name of the technician who did my nails and he is absolutely amazing!\n\nI have very thin, brittle and even flaky nails. So thin that they become tender with aggressive filing so when I told Thanh my anxieties surrounding this, he met me with a smile and told me he would be gentle. He was very gentle and considerate the entire time and I was so happy to get to have my nails done again and without pain too.\n\nI plan to become a regular here at Regal Nails. On Friday August 12, I had a 12:30 appointment, I entered the salon at 12:20. Was told by Mr. Smithey that my stylist would return from lunch at 12:30. By 12:48 still no stylist. I asked the gorgeous lady in the flashy gold dress to check why I had not been seen as yet. She went to another older woman with long reddish hair and wore glasses. That woman then went to a stylist who was in my line of sight had a few words with her and about 5 minutes later she came to me and introduced herself as Mikala. She said she was running late because she needed to clean up her station. (Her station should have been clean and prepared before she went to lunch) I then went with her to her station she asked what I wanted I explained what my order was and She said ok. Then same older woman is back to help her determine what my color codes should be. Then off to color counter they both go, 20 minutes later still not touched by anyone to begin service. During the aforementioned time Mikala was kabitizing with her classmates one male one female. 40 minutes has now gone by and I am very upset. I asked the older woman to untie the cape on me and I proceeded to tell her what I had just seen, she said it takes time to match color and mix. I told her about what I witnessed Mikala doing. I told her I had never had such horrendous service there in all my years of visiting there. She was very rude to me and said our stylists are the best. I said no they are not, they are there to LEARN to be a good stylist but instead today she learned that being in a bad mood and griping got her off the hook and protected by a woman who should never be in a position of serving the public with her cavalier attitude. I have been a long time customer, but I am inclined to not return as I really believe you have let this place I loved go downhill since covid. I feel this place I loved is now money driven now but before I thought of it as people driven. You staff is below par not like in the past, they were stellar. I hope you take this review as it is meant. Five stars to the staff! And, the salon was very cute and clean. Not sure what happened, but I got the worst set of acrylic nails I’ve ever gotten in my life at this location. Used them for the first time on a Sunday since not many other places were open or had availability. My technician was extremely nice, but my new set turned out terrible. I kept trying to trust the process, but I have never seen his process ever before. Instead of using pink acrylic and then painting the french tips, he used a pink and then white acrylic to create the shape, which is almost impossible to create straight lines with. I ended up going to my normal salon and having them taken off the day after. Because he used two different acrylics and built the nail up so high to the point where it looked like it had grown out, it was extremely painful for the removal and I wasn’t able to have a new set put on.\n\nTwo days lady and I have an infection in my pinky nail. Very poor customer service. I went with my friend they skipped her 3 times. They over charged me according to the board on the register. Should you customer bring in their own polish? It appears only the guy husband owner has a license but not the wife nor the other workers. I recommend going to a classier place and pay extra for customer service and better nail polish. If you aren’t white you won’t be treated equally. Just avoid this place.\n\nReply to your comment I called you and went back to the store you did not make it right. You claimed it was the nail polish color and then that it was because I choose white. Why bother making an appointment if they cant stick to it. They over schedule to make up for their no shows. My time is of no value to them. Thats unfortunate.
