I decided to give this business an opportunity, as they are close to my house, I regret it with all my heart! The person that receives the clients was very rude and unprofessional. The person that receives the clients was very rude and unprofessional. She treated me as if I couldnt pay for the services I requested. While I was having my pedicure done, that lady came to check on my nails. She started talking in her language with the one that was doing g my pedicure and left. Then, from the front area of the place, still in her language, kept on talking to another person. Out of a sudden, the one that was doing my pedicure finished talking to her and tells me that the lady wasnt going to do my nails with design because she had a lot of work. That I had to do them without a design. I told the lady that it was okay, that I just wanted some lines. The lady told me not to worry, because she could do the lines for me.\nAfter a few minutes, the lady that received me and receives the public, sends another woman to talk to me. That other lady stood next to me and says: \"we are too busy, so we cant make you any designs. You have to do your nails with just a regular color\". I just stared at her, and the lady that was doing my pedicure, very humble, tells the one that came sent by the other one that she had already spoken to me.\nThen, I was moved to do my nails with the one of the pedicure, and there comes the same lady to say: \"your nails are going to be $80.00\", like if she thought that I couldnt pay! At that point I just couldnt remain quite anymore, and I replied: \"and what is the problem?\". She named a price without even knowing what was the lady going to do on my nails!!! The lady kept on talking in her language to the others. It was the most unpleasant experience Ive ever had. Finally at the end, I paid $150 for my nails. more ... less ...

I love teresa She always welcoming and very friendly to everyone. Not to mention the girls can do some nails... but the man that works there is so Beyond rude I refuse to go back just because of him. if I can rate them a zero stars I would ! They were rude & disrespectful. One of the guys were yelling at me because he couldn’t do french nails right. Usually i come to this place a lot to get my toes done but it w if I can rate them a zero stars I would ! They were rude & disrespectful. Would not recommend they destroyed my natural nail. My nails are all different sizes on top of the they put one coat . I went back in to request for them to fix them and was greeted with a attitude as well as them trying to charge me $10 to soak off my nails and give me my money back after a job that was not completed correctly I told her why would I pay you my more money to fix a job that was done incorrectly. I am unsure as to why they believe it is OK to do a job incorrectly and then on top of that try to charge you more money to soak off the nail or to fix the problem when the job was not done in the first place correctly. I would not recommend the salon if I had a chance to give them no stars I would this is one of the worst places I have been to more ... less ...
