I wanted to try this place for the first time because I had heard so many great things about it. My 1st time here and will definitely not go back again! My daughter got a manicure and pedicure that came off that same night. My pedicure was also rushed. I want to say it lasted 5 minutes. The polish that was used on my toes was so old and clumpy, leaving a messy look on my toe nails. Everyone was so unorganized and confused with what they were doing. I also want to mention I had an appt at 5 and sat there for 40 minutes before anyone took me. They were taking walk-ins before me. more ... less ...

I just went to Angel‘s nails for my first time. I got NexGen and I got my eyebrows done and I am satisfied completely with both services I was provided. she did coffin tip on my nails and made it short enough that I I just went to Angel‘s nails for my first time. If I could give this place -1 stars, I would. I went to them on Sunday 8/13 just because the nail place up the street was super busy. The lady that did my nails seemed very nice, I told her that I was going to a concert on Monday so that was the occasion for getting my nails done. That night after leaving the nail salon, I saw a large crack in my left thumbnail. Throughout the course of my workday on Monday, more cracks in the top layer of the gel polish started showing up on multiple nails. I had never seen that happen before and I had been getting gel manicures for years now. I couldnt go back to them on Monday because of the concert so I went back on Tuesday 8/15 and she re-did the gel nails. Literally ripped them off my fingers. Fine. I got a new color and everything. Today, 8/16, I see the cracks again. This time, Im super pissed. And I was determined to get my refund back because this was absolutely ridiculous. I go in today after work and all of a sudden, she doesnt see the cracks I am referring to. She states yesterday she didnt see them either but she just changed the nails to appease me. But she was not giving me a refund. I tell her to remove the polish because I cant stand these cracks. She proceeds to take pictures of my nails and of her removing the polish. I let her, because at this point, Im never coming back to this place ever again anyway. Moral of the story: NEVER GO TO ASIAN NAILS IN LAKE WORTH. It is a waste of time and money! more ... less ...

I have never been to a place so unprofessional. I brought my mom here to get her usual french tip oval shaped nails. You’d think a popular style would be so easy to do. When they finished her nails, my mom showed me them. They were all uneven, lumpy and just a mess. When I told the nail tech, he could barely explain the reason behind it. The manager I would think, a lady, came and further explained it’s because she’s using her real nails. She ALWAYS uses her real nails and it’s never been a problem. She then started pointing at a sign “We reserved the right to refuse service to anyone” and making quite the scene. I just wanted someone to fix her nails, and if they couldn’t just take them off and refund because I had already paid. Glad I didn’t leave a tip before seeing the work. Someone else did do her nails and changed the color but the shape looked the same. I will not be returning and I do not recommend if you are a picky person with your nails. I was asking the length of Curve nails and she told me $30 I do not like the length and she did the $30 length on my right hand and the $40 length on my left hand. However she did make them match up but kinda. She Extended the Acrylic and not the nail. My left hand looks more curve than my right hand. But you have to look very close. And one of the older lady did my pedicure she scrub my feet kinda hard. And I like the fact they change it around in there. Over all I will give them another try. And I did tip. I had a formal wedding to go to. I went to get got my nails done manicure and pedicure and my eyebrows done. The nail tech suggested next gen nails. I had them do black polish for the formal wedding. At first I was told that I wanted to change the color to purple but was told by 2 techs that I had to go with red to cover the black color I had. The tech started the process but I could not understand her broken English. Next thing I know they removed my nails and just put polish on my natural nails. I did not have my nails on for a week when the removed them without explaining what they were doing. I was so upset with the lack of explanation I left in tears. My husband called and tried to speak to a manager or owner but they did not want to come to the phone. My husband told the person on the phone they needed to fix this. He asked why the original tech did not tell her that she could not change the black color . The person said they don’t do that. In my opinion that is bad customer service . I will NEVER go back to this place again and suggest you try another place or ask if the color can be changed before doing your nails more ... less ...

On EVERY occasion I’ve been here, I’ve been given an attitude for no reason (by different techs and other employees). It’s not just someone having a bad day, it’s the mood of this salon. Secondly, they posted a sign about price increases due to sanitation. There is no sanitation of ANYTHING (not even the tools). They use the same tools on everyone and don’t sanitize in between. The cubicles are nasty with dust and dried up nail polish (see pictures). And lastly, the wait time, even if you make an appt be prepared to still wait 30-45 minutes before you are seen. more ... less ...

I haven’t got my nails done in years and I decided to to treat myself. I googled places near me that do Nexgen nails and this was one of the places that popped up. I saw it was close to where I live so I decided to I haven’t got my nails done in years and I decided to to treat myself. I called as soon as they opened at 9:30 to see if they had availability for the same day and I was able to make an appointment for 10:30. When I arrived there at about 10:25 I was attended right away by Paul. This was my first time getting Nexgen and they had a huge variety of colors to chose from. Paul did an excellent job. It was an okay experience, but I’ve definitely had better. I asked the guy to make my nails thinner than normal because I work with eyeglasses and it involves having to pick up and work with very small screws, etc. It was an okay experience, but I’ve definitely had better. During the process, I pointed out two fingers to him that had excessive amount of acrylic on one side of the nail and very little on the other side. I asked him to smooth it out. He briefly went over them with the drill and left them alone. I also had to ask him to fix the edges on the sides of almost every finger... he still left it looking sloppy. I’m also not happy with the fact that he left such a gap between the acrylic and my cuticles that it looks like my nails are already a week old. Yes, I am picky about my nails... but we pay good money for the services therefore it should be done right! I will give him credit though for not drilling too much on my natural nails. I feel like that’s so unprofessional I never been to a salon who turn customers around and they not even busy and 1 hour before closing is more than enough time but they need to be reported. No insane design simply something good and straightforward for the vacations. I even showed the male doing my nails a photo of exactly what I desired when I sat down. After an hour and also 20 mins and him not even being close to done, I understood I was going to be late for my supper strategies I had with good friends I hadnâ $ t seen in some time. I couldnâ $ t believe all this time had passed and he wasnâ $ t even remotely near being done. I never grumble regarding nail work however this was such a horrible task and also specifically what I did not desire which was a pink color that was as well natural that I can see via the nail. I specifically specified I desired a nontransparent pink. (One you can not translucent) the male doing my nails, that appeared like the owner was confused as to what I was telling him it seemed. After he did one hand I discussed I did not like the shade. So he started taking out a lot of various pink dip powders as well as revealed me each. Iâ $ m no nail technology, and also felt him revealing me a bunch of light colored pink powders was not helping the scenario. I made it extremely clear as to what I wanted. It was not what I desired and also the worst part of it all is I obtained messed up nails. My fingers were in discomfort since he cut me with the drill to the point that I was bleeding. One hand nails were longer then the other. Some were filed down crooked and also bumpy. I was in such a shock therefore unhappy I informed him I require to go after 2 hours of just obtaining a standard pink color on my all-natural nail. After him taking so long to just do a standard shade I just wanted to leave. I didnâ $ t get the silver shimmer I wanted however I didnâ $ t care, I was that uneasy. So I stated I needed to go but I was not happy. He stated nothing and made me seem like I was asking for something difficult. I couldnâ $ t believe how bad my experience was. I still canâ $ t which is why I feel I required to leave a review. So beware. Location likewise really felt unclean and dusty. I returned in a couple days later to grumble since I was so miserable yet my fingers hurt so badly I was scared to have them try to repair them. So after expressing just how I felt to the woman that functions there she rolled her eyes as well as checked out the client sitting at the pole position and afterwards murmured in her ear right before me !! Not the color I hoped for (it was hard to tell in the salon).\nBut when she did my nails, I was disappointed bc all I really care about is the cuticles, not the color, and she had a very light touch. For my nails to be clean, and me to be happy, you cant be afraid to get all the way down.\nShe saw I was upset and Lucie stepped in. I was really relieved. Lucie remembered me and did an awesome job... and the right thing to satisfy this customer...\nWhen I approached Lucie with a tip, she said it was okay and to give it to the other... This was awful. All the nail beds on my left hand sting when i wash my hands EVEN WITHOUT SOAP. The person who took my NexGen off kept shredding layers of nail to the point I had to tell them to please move to the next n This was awful. The person who took my NexGen off kept shredding layers of nail to the point I had to tell them to please move to the next nail multiple times because they were hurting me. My hands reflexed to jump back without me trying because i felt a sharp burning. Taking them off at home would be safer at this point. As my nails grow out you can see a significant difference in the thickness of my nail and you shouldnt be able to notice it this much. I dont recommend getting Nex Gen with them but they will nag you to get it. The customer service is also not the best. Just overall do not recommend. more ... less ...
