Bay Dr. Largo FL 33770 on 4/20/22 at 11:30 AM SINCE WHEN DOES THE SALON DECIDE WHEN YOU ARE HAPPY WITH YOUR SERVICE YOU PAID FOR????\nI had an appointment with the head stylist Star at Midori Eco Salon located at 225 W. Bay Dr. Largo FL 33770 on 4/20/22 at 11:30 AM I called because I was running 10 minutes behind and wanted to ask is I could still keep my appointment. When I showed up, Star proceeded to do half the services I was booked for, when I said something about it, she agreed to do do the color that was left out of my booked services. It took several attempts to get my color good enough to fight traffic going home. I also was booked to have my .tape in hair extensions moved up as well, which were very uncomfortable and began to tear my hair. I called the salon to set an appointment to come back in and fix my concerns and I was told by the salon owner Aundrea, that the Midori salon had done all they are going to do for me and I should seek a salon elsewhere to fix the problem. I asked for a refund so I could do so and no response was given. I have read several google reviews for this salon and it seems this isnt anything new as far as, talking down to the customers and over charge without guaranteeing their work. No professionalism! One of the worst experiences of my life! I spent years growing my hair out and had been coloring it blonde for 4 years. I decided to switch hairdressers to get closer to home and 1 year later I am still paying for that One of the worst experiences of my life! I spent years growing my hair out and had been coloring it blonde for 4 years. I decided to switch hairdressers to get closer to home and 1 year later I am still paying for that mistake. My long hair was burned off by a stylist at Salon West. I called immediately and asked to speak to the owner and the customer service manager called instead. He told me he would look into it and call me back. He called me back to tell me the stylist didn’t do anything wrong! That is what upset me more than anything. I called back and again, asked for the owner. The owner asked the same gentleman to call me back and tell me they would refund me $90. I asked if I could come and show the damage done and he said the owners weren’t interested. I was concerned that the same stylist would do this to someone else. I was asking for nothing except to show them. They declined. It’s been almost a year and my hair is no longer than the photos above. The new hair growing in is healthy, but the burnt hair continues to break and frizz. My hair grows slowly and it has mostly ruined my self image. Not being apologized to or allowed to meet the owner in person was unconscionable! That is the problem! Zero accountability at the top!!! more ... less ...

I have been going to beautiful nails with Angela for 20 yrs. Her and the ladies that work there have always been respectful kind and soft spoken ladies. When I wanted my own set of tools she gave me a box with my name in it that means I was the only one to use them I liked that personal touch. She has always given me beautiful nails the name is very fitting for the type of work that goes on there. Even the body waxing experience has always been 5 stars. An apt. is always good but not needed they will get you in and do what ever you like in nail art and color. A bunch of beautiful ladies. more ... less ...

I went there to have gel polish on my toenails. I did not want any other services. My feet are always perfect, soft, clean, smooth and nails are trimmed fine and short as I like. The old tech guy from first left table was talking low about me thinking I dont understand vietnamese. He said that Im touching colors from dipping powder, that I dont understand thats not gel.\nI wanted to leave, I thanked politely, then the skinny tall owner said she has nice \"popular\" summer color for me. I looked and agreed... They seemed desperate for business.\nShe pointed on dirty chair with dirt on the bottom of the soak pan for me to sit down. Older lady already clapping her mouth bad about me while coming near with dirty cracked basket of her all open tools, no gloves on hands. She started to trim my nails which was hurting me because they were already very short, as I did by myself this morning. She was using bad cutter because she pulled cuticles instead of cutting couple of them. I told her to dont do anything as I did it all this morning. She pushed my feet down to the pan and rinsed my nails with I swear water was so hot like boiling!!!! I said its too hot. She said \"okey okey..\".\nWhile using the gel polish, she colored skin around too, then used her own long sharp nail to remove excess of the gel polish which was hurting me badly. 7 hours later, those places around the nails are burning me, hurting and are red..!!!\nShe did: base+UV lampx2, color+UVx3, color+UVx3, color+UVx3 and coat+UVx3... And every single time she was using her own dirty, long and sharp nail to clear the excess...\nJust look at the pictures...\nToddler would do it better!!!\nThe price: $20. I handed $5 to the older tech lady, regardless of my disgust and pain. She was very unhappy with the tip. Did not thank at all. Said: \"okey okey\"...\nI feel bad, I didnt leave when I almost stepped out..... But I felt bad of they probably dont have much of a business.... And now I know why...\nNever again!!! And you all dont go there!!!\nI will just pray to not develop any type of infection due to cuts, scratches and irritated skin in multiple spots...\nI cant look at the job they did. Right then I should of left, but I tried give them a chance to show me there work. They used a dremel thats used for wood, matel, and pvc pipes not nails. Thus hurt when I got my nails filled and shared down. The nail polish was a off brand polish. When I left my nails looked fine. The feel to them are awfully wrought to the touch. Plus her children act imature, said a rude comment when the girl was removing my nail polish. I will never ever go back there again. I absolutely love this place!! 10 dollars for a mens haircut and a great job,... You just cant beat it!! Since Ive moved to Florida Ive been paying 35 total for haircut and tip. Hellen can cut mens hair so good that it looks like I went to my barber back in Chicago which is really hard to find. Super friendly and clean. Easy to see from the road and has handicap parking and accessibility entrance. I strongly recommend to any male looking for a great haircut or especially fade. Best price Ive found and best cut!
