Had an appointment today. 2 weeks before I leave for my wedding. The most significant thing I said while setting my appointment was, I have RED hair, and I want a different shade of RED. I set the appointment a week or more ago. I get married in 2 weeks. It’s a week before Christmas and no one worth while has any availability. So yeah… I wish I could give 0 stars.\n\nAnd I am sorry to the young woman I had the appointment with, if I seemed rude, I was literally in shock and trying not to cry.\n\nUPDATE : As you can see the owner is a real piece of work. I am sorry I ever gave her salon a second chance. I was happy with my first appointment here, and I did leave a 5 star review, I deleted it when I wrote this one. I did NOT ask for Wedding Hair, I am having a destination wedding. So practice isnt necessary. I just asked for a color and a cut. I did mention RED on the phone, and I DID mention they had my color selection on file. I have been happy with my hair many times in the past, but since moving to Longwood I havent found a stylist that I love. THAT is what I said on the phone...I walked in with every intention of being a long term client. My name might start with a K, but I am no Karen...and as far as the insult about \"no one dyes their hair that color\" seriously ? So petty. more ... less ...

I went in on a Thursday and by Sunday every single nail was chipped. I got a refill on the dip powder and paid $30 and left a $10 tip. So for $40 I got two days out of my nails. They said they would not discount the amount I had already paid. They did not open the door they spoke to me on the phone looking at me through the glass telling me I would have to pay another $50 to have it redone. more ... less ...

I had a rhinoplasty done by Dr.Miguel and today I got my cast removed. And I am in total awe of my nose. I was so nervous and scared but he made everything so easy and comfortable. The results are absolutely amazing even I had a rhinoplasty done by Dr.Miguel and today I got my cast removed. And I am in total awe of my nose. My nose could stay like this and I wouldn’t even mind because of how much I’m in love with it. I cant wait to see what its going to look like within the year. I am so grateful for Dr. Miguel, he is truly an amazing person inside and out. I wouldn’t hesitate going by him. He truly listens to all your concerns and answers every single question you may have. Oh, and two people with appointments after me were started immediately. Ive been here 3 times, but no more, they try to squeeze people into a full schedule and just don’t respect your time. Sorry.\nToday after more than 8 hours at work from far I drove to this place.second time there, first time great experience but today the worse. The first experience was with Tommy great guy, very professional. But this one today Omg he looked tired or I hope no sick . I want with Tommy today but he has someone waiting for him for pedicure, I should wait for him . But you know one of those days you just want relax after work and pay for a good job, I dont even leave him a tip,Im sorry for him but he did an awful job to a wrong person. I give tips for a good job period.\nOnce he did my Pedi I got off my chair as soon I walked I felt like the beginning of no I told him I showed him and he said ok after manicure my second mistake but Im still a trust giver so he cut me and started bleeding. Ok if I come back to this place will be with Tommy period by appointment because the problem is not the business buttt yes the guy in charge have to do something about it, give the coborkers more training or whatever.\nPs: Also he wasnt using gloves,he doesnt put nothing in the water just hot water plain, no hot towel because $5 extra 😱I was in shock I had hot towel on my first time. I didnt said nothing to dont make this an big problem. Conclusion I paid $30 for an awful corrected pedicure because was wrong, and $15 for a manicure on very short nails a regular manicure with a very quick massage just on my hands no the arms. Hellooo is not my first time having this services in every business they do massage the arm as well ,plus he cut me and make me bleed. The guys in charge badly said sorry. Just accepted my card and bye. Super bad experience. You guys can said hey why you dont said nothing because no gloves examples , why? Because I dont know if you guys been through after been working like crazy exhausted you are like a zombie so that was me today.
