Took my mother in for cut and style and was told that they didn’t have any openings for her and that they sent all the students on a lunch break. I had a bad feeling in my gut that they didn’t want to serve my mother. So I took my mother right across from the Salon to get her eyebrow threading done and I immediately called the Salon and asked for a haircut & Style and they said they had an opening. It proved I was right that they didn’t want to serve my mother. I have been a long time customer at both locations of Imperial salon since they opened in Brevard. I took my mother to the salon school to support the school and students. I wish I got the names of the two ladies who denied service but I do have the date and time I was there. more ... less ...

I went to get my nails done for an event I had coming up. I was quite surprised to see this business so packed. I didnt leave only because my hours were numbered. Lol. Well, after waiting for over an hour & a half, I was I went to get my nails done for an event I had coming up. I was quite surprised to see this business so packed. I didnt leave only because my hours were numbered. Lol. Well, after waiting for over an hour & a half, I was told to sit in one of the manicure seats. I thought theyd get my spa pedicure done first, but no. So, I was waiting in that seat for about another half an hour. Tired & frustrated with the situation, an argument ensued between two patrons right in front of me. I was hoping for a relaxing day. Now, I was called to sit in a different chair to finally get my nails fixed. This was the first time I tried fake ones. I will say it hurt and the man did it so quickly that it wasnt even. My opinion wasnt listened to, they basically did what they wanted. For instance, the length and style. I ended up with crooked nails, with sores on the top and sides of my fingers. All the services I had requested cost $120, without tip. I dont recommend this place to anyone! more ... less ...

I took my teenager to this nail salon for the first time as her birthday treat. She had a design in mind but she was nervous about the outcome. When we entered the shop, the receptionist was very welcoming and friendly a I took my teenager to this nail salon for the first time as her birthday treat. She had a design in mind but she was nervous about the outcome. When we entered the shop, the receptionist was very welcoming and friendly and answered all our questions patiently. Then we were directed to Ms. Tina for a gel manicure. As soon as my daughter showed her the design in mind from her phone, Ms. Tina enthusiastically started selecting the colors and started the process. She was very open to our suggestions and she even recommended ideas to make the nail art better. The outcome was fabulous than the original. I highly recommend this place and Ms. Tina. I always had a great service at this location until last Thursday when I tried to return a $7,00 child shirt with no receipt,\nOnly 1 Rude customer service rep working and at least 20 minutes to get waited on and at le I always had a great service at this location until last Thursday when I tried to return a $7,00 child shirt with no receipt,\nOnly 1 Rude customer service rep working and at least 20 minutes to get waited on and at least 10 customers in line behind me.\nWhen it was my turn to be waited on and I told her that I didt have a receipt she said the tags are not on the shirt I advised her that I have the debit card it was paid on she said she could not look for the price of the shirt and could not return it. Never have I experienced such a policy and again at least 10 people in line behind me I ask {who I thought was the Head Cashier ] if she could help me and the long line behind me and she said that they dont have enough help. Walmart will be the last place that I will ever go back to.Poor Customer Service ,Employees walking around not doing anything.Only one lane open with a cashier other lanes open self check out.This all over a $7.00 shirt, Back to Target might pay more but customer service is a lot better.\nNo wonder no one wants to work for cheap labor at Walmart. more ... less ...
