Ive had my fair share of nails done in my 36 years on earth and this is by far my favorite place to go\n\nDont go anywhere else to get your nails done. Chi Nails is the best and great prices. I get compliments all the time and I have never had them hurt me or mess up my nails. Just go! You wont regret it more ... less ...

They did a great job on my nails. However I paid for a pedicure for my daughter in which they never completed, they only painted her nails instead of any completion of an actual pedicure. Their mannerism was great but the salon was absolutely filthy, the gentleman doing my nails also cut me while doing them and then tried to cover it up by glueing my skin back together. I was afraid it was going to get infected, that was how dirty it was. Everything they used had rust on it, they did not sanitize anything. Also, even after that I still tipped them only because they were nice people, but they overcharged my account and put in a false higher tip than I originally wrote in. I love it here!! Never fails to give me the full relaxation experience! They are so attentive and extremely friendly! Very knowledgeable and my nails always look amazing!! Went in today to have 4 nails\nfixed due to having them done 3 days ago and 1 already broke and the other 3\nlifting a ton which is not normal\nfor me as i am usually pretty gentle on my nails. When i went in today they said they would fix them no problem which was great but they asked me what number was the color I used, I couldn’t remember exactly. After they started on my broken nails they realized they were not exactly the shade of pink that i already had. Instead of finding the right shade or painting the others to match she said well it’s close enough for now!!! I’m sorry but for someone who spends $80 after tip on my nails i want them to all look the same and not break or lift within 4 days. First visit I was seated quickly for service & the tech did a great job.\nMy second visit was not so good. I was a walk in & I have no problem waiting but 3 hours later, Im still sitting in a pedicure chair waiting for someone to do my nails & when I finally figured out I was going to be another several hours, I get up to pay for the half a pedicure, I was told rudely that all the clients that came & went during my 3hr stay were appointments, although I hadnt said a word except to let them know I was leaving, I knew I wouldnt be back. Had I been told they were booked up for at least 3 hours,. I wouldve left. But I was told wait time was about 20-30 minute.... for what, each toe & each finger?? more ... less ...

I had a pedicure at this salon. I’ve had many pedicures over the years and I usually leave relaxed and refreshed. This was the FASTEST pedicure I have ever received. It was basically just toe nail clipping, painting I had a pedicure at this salon. I’ve had many pedicures over the years and I usually leave relaxed and refreshed. This was the FASTEST pedicure I have ever received. It was basically just toe nail clipping, painting and some lotion to the legs. None of those special touches that I normally enjoy. I have never been to this shop before when I decided to stop in and to treat myself for a few moment because I never have time. I wanted something simple. Just clean up my eye brows and I expressed this. First of all the I have never been to this shop before when I decided to stop in and to treat myself for a few moment because I never have time. I wanted something simple. Just clean up my eye brows and I expressed this. First of all they didn’t even have a table for waxing. The wax was so hot when applied that it burn the top layer of my skin off and now here I am 2 days later with swollen red eyebrows. I tried to call the business and just let them know “hey this is what happened maybe you need to turn the heat down.” I wasn’t even looking for reimbursement because they are so low down I know nothing would be done. Maybe just save the next victim He proceeded to tell me that if something like that would have happened he would know and since it’s been 2 days he don’t know what I’ve done to make it red and swollen. And that honestly he didn’t care. Well we will see who cares when I take my burns and picture evidence to my lawyer Monday morning. ✌🏻✌🏻 more ... less ...
