It’s a beautiful salon. I’ve gone back twice, once had a young girl who was so busy talking to her coworker she couldn’t do one simple thing I asked her to do. Said “oh you don’t need that.” She didn’t listen, didn’t do a good job and it wasn’t a pleasant experience. Third time I went the guy up front sat me next to the customer a third technician who was finishing up someone else. Apparently didn’t tell him I was next. So the guy walks around for 15 or 20 minutes doing other stuff. Finally guy up front tells him to do a pedicure. Again, I ask for one simple request and he spent more time telling me why I don’t want what I want then it would’ve taken to just do it! I don’t think I’ll return for a 4th try. Their service and pedi’s aren’t any better than anywhere else I’ve gone down here. So I give 3 stars for “nothing special” more ... less ...

Michael, Lonny and Jory ,I can not say enough about them. So professional, efficient and a totally excellent experience! These three exceeded our expectations and deserve high praise. They also got everything downstairs for us without hesitation despite it being a walk out basement with no cement pad and days of rain so it was a slippery muddy mess and were so careful not to bring any mud in. I’d never tried dip before coming, and I’m never going back — I have rather weak nails and I work in a restaurant, so even gel manicures will never last more than 10 days without chipping and my nails have a tendency to break. My first dip lasted 2 weeks and 4 days before chipping once, and my nails are longer and more beautiful than they’ve ever been!\n\nToday I came in with a photo of a gel cat eye French manicure, and Nina gave me my favorite mani I’ve ever had. She did an incredible job reshaping my nails, and was totally game to try my design idea. I wish I could afford to go back every week! Please go to Tropical and tip generously!! more ... less ...
