Website nice. I emailed for appts and took 2 days for a response but was able to do everything without calling. Location could be better described as we drove past it twice. Cute on the inside. Hot tea (apple spice-yum!) and warm neck pillows were brought to us. Appt times and names of therapists were never confirmed at booking or check in so us 3 ladies didnt know who had what first or with whom. I had pedi first and it was very nice. Therapist didnt introduce herself so I never found out her name. I then had a facial with Renee (I only know this because that is what name on door said-she also didnt introduce herself.) Facial was horrible. I receive 4-6 facials a year and this was worst one I had ever had. Felt like a product was put on than taken off, put on than off. I chose the sensitive facial and that can be very irritating on skin. (not to mention annoying) She moved very fast, there was not ever any slow, deliberate facial massage and no shoulder massage which is my favorite part. I was very disappointed in this facial experience. My 2 guests both had massages that they loved, but again we dont know the names of the therapist. Would go back for massage or nails but never for the facial. more ... less ...

I have never seen someone in this industry not take pride in their work this is definitely a spot where they dont care about the customer just the $$$ this place is very empty and I now understand why, such horrible work I have never seen someone in this industry not take pride in their work this is definitely a spot where they dont care about the customer just the $$$ this place is very empty and I now understand why, such horrible work is the only way to put it this lady (the owner) and the man ran through my hands and feet as if it were a race and as if they had a lobby packed and other people to attend I was out in 30 minutes the lady was very rude and very rough a manicure should include your hands soaking and cuticles being pushed and cut I got cuticles cut, nails filed and then gel polish applied she was so rushed that my polish is over the cuticle and edges causing them to lift 18 hrs later. The only reason the lady got a 5.00 tip is cause I am in the industry I didnt have it in me to not give anything but one things for sure they will never see me again. more ... less ...

After expressing I wasn’t happy with paint job and paying with tip I was told by the owner “maybe next time try going to another salon!”. Last night incident Was just the catalyst for this negative review but not the first nightmare experience! On two separate occasions Iv been cut to the point of bleeding by a nail clipper and a drill. Both times proper health code guidelines were not taken by Kim or Tammy a dirty rag was used to apply pressure. Both times I let the owner know about being cut and he simply shrugged me off with a “I’m sorry” like he does to most complaints and took 5 bucs off. I didn’t want 5 dollars I wanted him to be aware and fix the issue with further training to his team. Lastly one evening I came in for a fill and pedi and they told me they could do it by close and a separate client came in after me for the same thing. 7 approaches and they tell us sorry they over booked themselves and they couldn’t do our Pedis I was upset but I said ok. The other client threw a big fit so they managed to do a polish change on her toes and her nails were free of charge. On the other hand for me nothing was done and I was charged full price even tho the same thing had be done to me and I saw and heard it all. I was not treated fairly wether it was because I didn’t cause a scene or because I’m lqbtq+ and I didn’t deserve the same treatment. They have been relentless in helping me with a few issues that have arisen with my new phone.\n\nI am a 75 year old handicapped individual who spent over 150 days in hospitals and rehabilitation centers over the past year due to a series of heart problems\n\nI replaced my previous phone in November of last year at your????????? store and developed an issue with my the new phone a few months ago whereas the ring volume would suddenly drop to either an extremely low volume or not at all.\n\nThis was causing an issue with my relatives who live out state when they were calling me and not getting any response so they would contact my neighbors to check on my wellbeing and when the neighbors were unavailable they would contact the police.\n\nI had to have neighbor(s) drive me from one store to another in trying to resolve the problem. After visiting 6 neighborhood stores to no avail l finally took a trip to your corporate store located on Missouri Ave in Clearwater dt0\n\nI kept trying to explain my problem is to your people BUT it took 3 trips to the corporate store which resulted in various clerks spending 5 to 20 minutes with my phone and telling me the problem was fixed (some times for a day other times maybe a week)\n\nKimberly, Clearwater Corporate Store Manager worked on it a few times and the problem was finally elevated to Michael Sing.\n\nAfter a few conversations with Mr Sing my problem was finally resolved and l was issued a new phone.\n\nI have currently been having a few issues more ... less ...

I called ahead before coming in and the person on the phone was so nice and they had availability for me immediately which was super awesome. I came in and was helped right away. My nail tech was very good and attentive, asking how I liked my nails and if I was okay. my hands shake a lot so sometimes it can be hard to work with me but she didnt even bat an eye.my nails look beautiful and feel really strong. the shape and evenless is impeccable. The chairs were fairly covetable. The service was great, gentle with pedicure and a firm feet and calfs massage. One of the techs offered to decorate by daughter’s toes with Easter decoration. The cute bunnies was a nice touch and treat. We truly will go back here next time, and hope the fantastic service will be the same. Hopefully!!! more ... less ...

I can’t say enough great things about this nail salon! They are the nicest, cleanest salon I’ve ever been to. I have herniated discs in my back so I couldn’t tolerate the massage chair very long. Ive been going here many years. I went a week and a half ago. A few days later the entire gel polish came off! Waited for Rosa to come in on Tuesday, she apologized and repaired. Gel manicure is peeling due to my natural nails not being properly prepped. Tech didnt file the surface lightly so that the gel would have something to adhere to. If they did this on purpose so that Id have to come back and pay for multiple polish changes, I hate to tell them Ill just peel it off and go without. My mother asked the stylist not to cut her sides past the bottom of her ears. The stylist cut her sides to the top of her ears and told my mom she had to do it that way. She did a horrible job. I told her that was completely unacceptable and as a first time client I would never come back. I left without service. Also dirty instruments from the previous pedi were on the tray and I would have asked to have a new umwrapped set, if I had stayed. Also there is no place to put your purse except the yucky floor.
