Went in today for a film and I told her that my one now needed to come off because it was throbbing so bad and that the girl that did my nails last time. The corners of some of my nails cracked and fell off so I went bac Went in today for a film and I told her that my one now needed to come off because it was throbbing so bad and that the girl that did my nails last time. The corners of some of my nails cracked and fell off so I went back. She could not remove the nail or had the time to do it. So she gave me some acetone and I soaked off the nail myself and got off all the acrylic. My finger is in more pain than what I started off with. Been coming here for years and the people that she hires does horrible work. But this time she did my nails and she did a horrible job and Im not ever going back there ever again cuz Im tired of giving them chances and do not believe the reviews wish I knew how to post pictures more ... less ...

The staff is extremely unprofessional. The person doing my pedicure did not know how to remove ingrown nails and had to keep stopping to get her little dog who was running around eating nasty things on the ground. The guy that works there was sleeping upfront in two of the chairs. The woman who did my acrylics not only has a serious attitude problem but is ridiculously HORRIBLE at doing nails. Within one hour of being home my nails broke because she made the corner too thin, she left globs of acrylic under my nails, paint all over my skin. She did not even properly apply or dry my nails so they were both tacky and smearing which is ridiculous since they were gel polish. To make matters worse after I left a review the owner asked me to come back and have them fixed which I did and he put me with the same technician who obviously knew about my review. While she was redoing my nails she continued to burn me over and over again and when I finally said ow she yanked my skin down on my thumb separating my skin from my nail. Best of all she was beyond bitter and nasty the entire time. The owner continued to text me the next day asking me to remove the review. I refused and told him why I wont remove an honest review. He keeps asking me to remove the review and trying to convince me to come back again. I would give this place negative stars if possible. more ... less ...

I got there after Dr appointment nearby. I didnt have an appointment. They took me in right away .The nail technicians was very sweet. She did a great job! But it was 2 things. Also, the price was high. I knew she have to take out the old gel color, but 30.00 for gel manicure, plus 5 in tips is a little bit more than what I paid in other places. I went in for a gel manicure and pedicure. The place was clean and the staff was friendly. The pedicure was relaxing, prices were fair. I went back and they were very gracious and fixed them for free even though I offered to pay. The next day 2 more peeled off. I get gel manicures often, and I have never had this problem before. This my first time visiting this place and although they were very nice and the place was clean, a gel manicure should last longer than 2 days. It’s possible that the gel polish they use is old or inferior but I am not going to go back to find out. I don’t have the time or the money to waste. more ... less ...

I absolutly LOVE LEE AND I BELIEVE ITS HER HUSBAND. he did my nails yesterday and I have a bad biting habit so out of his own kindness he did extra for me to help disguise the bite line under my full set. Ended up with pink sparkles and white tops. I am so impressed with the look. I recommend the sparkles for anyone wanting pink and white. It. costs a little extra but its so worth it. My nails are tiny due to biting so the pink is small but when I get them refilled it will be even better. I still love it. Having pretty hands is worth the world when youre not used to it. more ... less ...

Their instructor is clueless about highlights shes teaching them the wrong way to highlight hair and lying saying you cannot get lighter than a certain color which is a lie because Ive had it done plenty of times.\nI always wondered why every time I go to a hair stylist who went to school in this area and they do my highlights , it looks like I didnt even have anything done now I know why because shes teaching them the wrong way to highlight hair.\nI wasted $100 and it looks like I didnt even have any highlights done at all after spending four and a half hours there.\nThe student did great . But you didnt ask your instructor immediately said i cant go lighter.. and none of the grey was covered in front as I asked for as well.
