Did my gel manicure with Yasmin today. The service was unsatisfactory! She went out to talk on a phone a few times. She touched her phone with sterile gloves twice. She touched her phone with sterile gloves twice. She brought tweezers from somewhere that were not packed in the sterile bag, she assured me they were sterilised but... She never asked me if I wanted some water or coffee, even though some other clients beside me received that offer. When I asked her if I could do 2 stickers on my nails she said yes and offered me a box of them, but when I finally after 20 minutes I chose the ones I wanted she told me she has no time to stick them on my nails because she had another client waiting. She also made my cuticles bleed because she was filing very roughly. But she did put the antiseptic. She made the gel very bulky on my nails. The same day I return and some of it was removed leaving me with an orange hue in color.\n\nI was looking forward to getting my hair done like most of us after months of not being able to do so and my hair is not where I want it to be not even close. Please don’t use their services, all the nail polishes were dried out….not a really good selection of OPI. The Service is TERRIBLE and the owner is worst. Horrible horrible horrible job overall.
