He gave her an amazing haircut. She couldnt stop talking about it and kept looking at it in the mirror. Its light but still kept the length. Shes all smiles. I have had two horrible experiences back to back and I will never return to this “spa” again! My first visit I went for a pedicure and Let them know that I wanted normal nail polish and not the gel. My first visit I went for a pedicure and Let them know that I wanted normal nail polish and not the gel. I was pressured and pressure and asked more than three times why I didn’t want gel. It to the point that they actually brought out the light and began doing a gel pedicure when I had to once again tell them “no, How many times do I have to say I do not want Gel.” It was such a pressured experience that I could not relax and they would speak amongst each other in another language knowing full well that they were talking about me\nMy second experience was even worse… when I once again went for a pedicure and it was literally cutting filing slapping a bit of lotion on my feet and painting my toenails. When I asked her about cuticles and actually doing a normal pedicure she said she had already done that. The so-called massage was no more than 30 seconds. Gets even better, once I went to get my nails done she left nail polish all along my hands and around my nail beds and when I asked her to please remove it she took a nail file and started filing my skin. I had to tell her, “ no, why are you filing my skin you need to take this off with acetone.”\nI am a palled at the lack of quality. It is smoke and mirrors when you see such a pretty upscale place but the quality definitely is horrendous. I will never return here again and recommend nobody comes here if they expect a good job. more ... less ...

I walked out of Gemini Salon 10 minutes after my scheduled appointment. Debbie, my nail tech, still had not arrived, and nobody from the salon had come to check on me or inform me of how long I would be waiting. Karisa does amazing hair! She is super sweet and loves to do different hair color techniques. I have short hair and she did a fantastic job with the cut and style! Love this place!
