5 stars all around! Great atmosphere, very kind people. I was treated like a queen by Kelly, she was attentive and made my acrylic nails look so natural! The first 3 times I visited and was highly satisfied I was able to walk in and receive a groom for my maltipoo. Having done this a few times before I assumed that walk ins were okay as it had never been stated otherwise. An hour later I receive a call saying we can’t find your appointment. I stated that I did not have one and I walked in as I always have. The employee then tells me that’s impossible because they only take appointments. This was news to me and I stated that I have never made an appointment before and was this a new policy? she said it has always been that way. I say okay and return to get my dog. As I walked in I looked around to see if I missed a sign perhaps that said appointment only I even checked online because it’s possible that I made the mistake. But I failed to see an appointment only sign anywhere. I expressed this to the clerk who had an accusatory tone and said that’s how it’s always been. But I don’t understand why I wasn’t told this before. I asked to speak to a manager but another girl who was grooming a cat said she has many appointments today and many cats today so she couldn’t take my dog. It just seemed unprofessional and I was very disappointed in the way the situation was handled. This situation turned out for the better Thankfully I found another location Topknot with more reasonable prices and a more professional disposition. I won’t be back and it’s unfortunate because I did like this place but this was unprofessional. I would understand if they told me straight and said we don’t have time today but to lie and say they don’t accept walk ins when I have done so 3 times before is outrageous. more ... less ...

I had a wonderful experience at Hana nails. The staff is hard working & very nice. David who I call the ( Nail Doctor) did a great job on my nails. My nails are delicate and are in a phase of repair. I arrived at 5:20 to do a polish until my appointment to find Anna was not there and her mother (who does HORRIBLE tinting would do it. They called Anna and I explained my situation very polite because I didnt want to have the same experience. Anna advised her mother would do it right, then when it was time for her mother to do ithe service they said herother could not do it. Once again she lied. When they called Anna back of course she would not answer her phone. These people are a bunch of fraud s especially Anna and has medicore skills at best. My patientence have run out with these people do yourself a favor and do not visit this location more ... less ...

Mediocre nail service. The nail technician had shaking hands making it impossible to perform her job, which requires extreme precision. The clear gel nail polish applied to my nails came in contact with the skin leaving the skin attached to the nails. I asked the nail technician to remove the gel nail polish but she was not able to. In addition, the nail cuticle was unevenly cut due to the nail technicians shaking hands. I asked to speak to a manager and the owner. It turned out the nail technician doing my nails was the manager and owner. She could not resolve the issue.\n\nEdit....Dear Regal Nails, Salon & Span OWNER, in response to your comment below, I will not give you the chance to turn my experience around. Luckly for me, my Citi credit card refunded my money after I reported your business. I will continue to spread the word around about the mediocre service I received to all my friends and family. DO NOT GO HERE! They infected my nails REALLY BAD one finger is very swollen and infected and the others are yellow underneath each nail. Also I got my toenails done and a couple days later both my big toe nails break in DO NOT GO HERE! And they denied. Now I have to go to an urgent care for my infected nail that HURTS SO BADDD and they didn’t have a care in the world. I spent $120 here just for them to infect my nails and break my toenails. & now going to have a medical bill. DO NOT GO HERE!!!! I will be filing a law suit as well. more ... less ...

I moved to the area in January and have visited three other nail salons before I found Tammy’s. All three places were awful. All three places were awful. My nails looked terrible and they didn’t last more than a week before they started breaking. Tammy’s was awesome. I called late in the day and they told me to come on in even though it was close to closing. The salon is clean and very well taken care of. They use great products and take the time to do it right versus rushing through so they can turn around to the next customer. Henry did my nails - I can’t say enough good things. My nails were gorgeous. Tammy did my pedicure. It was well past closing and she still took her time. She was delightful to talk to too. I highly recommend. more ... less ...
