First time making an appointment here. Saw great reviews and close to my house. Wanted to try it out. Received my confirmation email and text for the appointment I had June 13th for 1pm. Received my confirmation email and text for the appointment I had June 13th for 1pm. Got there about 10 minutes before.. no one was there and door was locked. I called, no one answered. Also sent a text per their answering my machine. Nothing. Waited in my car to see if someone would show up,1:05 went back to door still no one and was locked still. Stayed till about 1:10 called again no answer. Then I left. Completely unprofessional. No show for an appointment? No answer, nothing? Will not be making another appointment here again that is for sure more ... less ...
