Going to Dk nails was definitely quicker than going through the drive through for food. This was my first time and \"last time\".\nI went to get a pedicure & full set of short acrylic nails. The nails were short and nicely shaped, I was sent to the bathroom to wash my hands with water only, which was before my nails were polished I was not given any brush with which to clean the nails like I was used to also noticed that the toilet had broken taped acrossed it. They claimed they used a gel polish which I did not ask for, so ofcourse I was charged the price for a gel polish set. Ok fine, I paid for it. Next was the pedicure, As soon as I sat down my toes were cleaned off with tools that were sprayed with something, have no idea what it was, then came the water down, thinly stretched cuticle remover Ive never seen that before. I blinked and my feet were done and wiped off with a towel that came from the persons pocket.\nThis was definitely my most unsanitary nails service I have ever had done. They cared more about getting the money from all the people that were in there, than making sure that each customer, when it was their turn, had a good, clean experience. I too also believe that they make the prices up. I will never go back and definitely do not reccommend going there. Definitely not value for money and yet they clearly make so much money. I work too hard for my money and I deserve quality but they are focused on quantity. So they try to hurry up to get you in and out. Service was bad. Decided to try this place. Wish I hadn’t. I called in advance and told the man what I wanted. He gave me a price. He had the nerve to ask me to pay him after seeing i was visibly upset about it. I wasn’t thinking or else I would’ve told him to take the nails off. Why did I pay for something I didn’t want??! Then the nails got smeared and he didn’t even try to fix them! He was too busy trying to get to the next customer. I’m truly disgusted. I don’t even understand why I tried to support an Asian salon 🙄. They’re undeserving. more ... less ...

Its been six days since the photo comment and still no response to anything. I get people are busy but dont ignore new potential customers that are ready to drop $$$ on nails. Just went there this morning they open at 9:30 and there’s no one there to do lashes or eyebrows. They only have two people in there working on feet. Came there to wax my eyebrows. She kept my eyebrows thick with a beautiful arched shape. This was my first time going there and I will be going back. My brows were beautiful for my birthday. I told her to keep my brows thick. She did them too thin. I came for a waxing. She waxed my eyebrows then used a razor instead of plunking like the last woman did. My brows are currently burning. I have been going since they were in business. I love the atmosphere and the staff. Tee does my nails and he’s fantastic!!!!! I’ve been visiting this mail shop for almost a year and each experience is pleasant.…very professional. The quality of the nails is great; I typically visit every 3-4 weeks.
