I rarely get my hair cut, I have pretty bad anxiety and typically feel really uncomfortable being touched by strangers. I went in yesterday to set up an appointment with Melissa, and she got me in the next day first thing in the morning! Not only that - she brought me a hot chocolate from Dunkin! Thank you wonderful ladies for making my experience here so welcoming and I’m very satisfied. Great atmosphere & attitudes and made sure honestly liked my nails! They do really good work. But the man who sits at the first nail station is always rude. The first time I came here was back in February and he was very rude. In the end my nails were beautiful but I didn’t come back because of the service. Well today I went back to celebrate my nieces birthday. I had her nails done and I got a pedicure. Wonderful experience with the woman who did our nails. However the man I referred to earlier was the one who did my daughters nails. Again he was rude. He kept asking my daughter if she had money in which she told him that I was paying for it. She is only 14. He then took her phone because she had a reference image for her nails and went to Google and provided a 5 star review and when he realized she was not signed into a Google account to leave a review he told her she needed to sign in. At the end I walked up to the register area to pay and the man created this scene repeatedly asking if I was paying for my daughters nails. Basically implying I was trying not to pay for them when the woman was calculating the total and her nails were included. It was honestly a bit embarrassing and even the lady kept telling him yes I was paying for them. Nails are nice but I won’t return for a third time because this man is so unprofessional. more ... less ...

I was thinking about going to get a Gel Pedi, @ this salon, NOT NOW! I just read about a dozen bad reviews, compared to about 5 good reviews. The people seem rude, and uncaring.
