First time in Daytona, the workers are rude. I walked in and explain how I would like my nails and they ignore my request. Poor job my nails could be done better by a 3 years old. The staff is very Accommodating and fit me in before they closed early today, so that is definitely something most places dont do. Not to mention she was super sweet & the prices were even sweeter lol

Wayne is very nice and polite and kindly helped me select a good shade of purple. Its a small shop, very clean. The place got crowded and Wayne interacted with everyone on a first name basis. Nobody had to wait long as all 3 employees were organized. Finally, they did not hold long conversations in their language (which I find rude) and Waynes English is very good so I was confident that he understood what I wanted. As a patient of well over 15 years I came to know Kim pretty well as a client and a friend. I cared about her and her and her family. Suddenly, I learned she was too sick to see clients when I arrived at my appointment As a patient of well over 15 years I came to know Kim pretty well as a client and a friend. I cared about her and her and her family. Suddenly, I learned she was too sick to see clients when I arrived at my appointment to find a locked door. Then, when I called to set a time to see her she never called me back. I finally drove over 30 miles to see her office, only to see a Kim with a new personality, who was rude and nasty and refused to see me. I am perplexed. I truly cared about her for many years as a friend and more than just a business associate. I do not know anyone else in Grand Ledge, or anyone else who knows her. The complete change in her is concerning. Typically this kind of High School behavior shows a lack of maturity and professionalism, and is not something I had seen previously. more ... less ...

I get an sns manicure and regular polish pedicure. The colors match and it last 4 wks. Im very happy that i can get a same day appointment when the need arises. \"Katie\" is excellent.

I called n asked if she could get me in right away for a Brazilian wax, and she told me to come on over. I had to wait maybe 5 mins for her to be ready for me and got me done within 20ish mins. Although, it was a little bit more expensive then where I usually go, when I got done I wasnt as bruised/red or sore as Ive always been before. Idk what she did differently.\n\nCoco, you were awesome!!! Ur place was so clean and it didnt smell like nail salons usually do. Thank u so much for everythingggg!!!!
