Theresa is THE BEST! When I first moved to Florida 8 years ago I could not find a great stylist for the life of me! Seriously, I was on the verge of flying back to Pennsylvania every 3 months just to get my hair done. I Theresa is THE BEST! When I first moved to Florida 8 years ago I could not find a great stylist for the life of me! Seriously, I was on the verge of flying back to Pennsylvania every 3 months just to get my hair done. I tried 5 different stylists at 5 different salons before I finally found Theresa! She is the only stylist that is able to tame and manage my crazy hair! She takes her time and I never feel rushed. She is great at what she does and is super patient and sweet! If she can handle my head of hair she can handles anyoness! I highly recommend her. I have also seen her incredible lash extensions and I cant wait to get some lashes from her too! :) more ... less ...

The stylist there had a contact with Michelle and said Michelle texted and left voicemail to my phone NOT the owner.\n\n3. The stylist did NOT tell us that Michelle was hospitalized (there was a customer at that time and she heard our whole conversation). I’m not blaming the stylist who was there because I know that she was also confused by the situation when I showed her my phone.\n\n3. I gave you the right phone number. How would you know my phone number was wrong if you didn’t know the right one? Is there a proof that you sent me (to wrong number like you said) text message and a voicemail? Do you dare to take screenshot of them with last Friday date/time and share here?\n\nI would have accepted the apology if you honestly said Michelle forgot the appointment or something else instead of blaming the customer who was the victim.\nI just needed to edit this review after reading your reply because people need to know that YOU are the one giving misinformation to everyone. Thank you.\n\nMy original honest review:\nI had an appointment with Michelle at 3pm today but when we got there, one lady (she is the only one at salon) told us to wait as Michelle was on her way. But she didn’t show up for 10 mins so, we asked if we could reach Michelle out because we have another place to go after. So, that lady went out to make a phone call and came back saying that Michelle texted and left a voicemail to me yesterday that she cancelled my appointment. I showed my phone to the lady that I didn’t get any text or voicemail. She only said I’m sorry and resumed her work. It was a huge lie and I was so upset with that. We drove 30 mins there and waited for nothing. Now I have to go to the gathering without having a haircut. We would have kept waiting longer and wasted more time if we didn’t ask where she was at. I absolutely love this nail salon! Mary and Billy stayed an hour after closing to work on my nails because they took so much time and attention to detail. Mary and Billy were so kind and did such a good job at my nails a I absolutely love this nail salon! I’m really disappointed with my experience here. I usually go to this place and have been pleased every time. I was able to get out of work early and after a really long day I wanted to treat myself and get my nails I’m really disappointed with my experience here. But after my experience today. I wanna cry. My nails are naturally short and I asked for tips. The tips that the lady cut were so short it doesn’t even look like she put any on. I’m beyond disappointed. Also. I was really looking forward to a relaxing pedicure but I didn’t even get to put my feet in water. They just straight up painted them. No exfoliating or any of the other features they do. I was wanting to pay for an expensive package they had but they just wanted to get out the door. I’m sorry I didn’t get home from work til 2:30 and was able to get to the spa by 3:30. They closed at 5 today. I’m really truly disappointed with my experience today and will be debating on coming back. I loved this place until today. more ... less ...

The staff is still amazing, the facility and tools are always spotless and the service is unbeatable. I won’t go anywhere else! Eva is amazing at doing thin, dip nails and pedis too! If you haven’t gone yet, you’re missing out.\n\nOctober 2018: In short, Velvet nail bar is absolutely amazing and you should definitely visit! I went during the grand opening and was so happy to see that they were already packed, so much so that I made an appointment for the next day and returned the next day. The location is gorgeous and the staff is so sweet and accommodating! They even brought me a raspberry tea while I waited for my appointment to begin. Kim was my tech and she did a full set of dip nails for me that turned out gorgeously! She did my eyebrows too and I finally have a shape! The tech sitting next to her, Tim, was amazing too! Such a wonderful, professional staff. Always go out of their way to make sure clients are pleased with their nails. Salon is always very clean.

The lady didnt do such a great job. The nail polish was not soft. It has strikes like it was old and drying. She used it anyway and I didnt realize until I left the place. Too expensive, not worth the price.

My girlfriend went to this salon today and left very pleased with the services she received. I cant tell you how many countless nail salons she has visited and spent hundreds of dollars for her nails to lift and or chip. I’d been without a vehicle for 3 years until September, and I’ve been disgusted beyond belief to see PS Food Marts switch out E85 to Ethanol-Free at a number of their locations. Imagine my surprise to drive to I’d been without a vehicle for 3 years until September, and I’ve been disgusted beyond belief to see PS Food Marts switch out E85 to Ethanol-Free at a number of their locations. Imagine my surprise to drive to this station and see not only did they retain E85, but they added E15. This store is also clean, with a good selection of products inside. Plus it’s on one of the few roads in Jackson that’s pleasant to drive anymore (since the one-way streets were converted to two-way, and Jackson has constricted traffic flow with bike lanes). more ... less ...

The pricing is reasonable but they did a horrible job in my nails. I got the gel nail polish (color) on my natural nails and every nail was uneven and she missed half of the nails putting the clear coat on. I love this place and have been going there for years, I wont go anywhere else. The employees are great, always friendly. The prices are good. Tom always does my nails and does a wonderful job.
