Find best hair and nail salon in Palm Beach Gardens , FL

I do wish Google and all rating sites would update their star rating system so I could leave NO stars. This place is appalling. First their color selection. All old and crusty. Second, the tools. All old and crusty. Second, the tools. They dont look clean. Their trays look like they have clippings and cuticle cuttings in them. Nothing comes in those bags that tell you they have been cleaned. Third, the staff. They take the cake for being mean, rude, inattentive, and snarky. I asked my technician to first just fix an edge on my big toe nails and she went to cut them even shorter. When I corrected her asking her to just file them down a little to match the other side, she ignored me and cut them anyways. When she went to start the paint job she started looking for a newer bottle of the color I had chosen (OPI Funny Bunny). When she couldnt find one she picked up a different color and went to open it like I had chosen it. I asked her if she could use the color I had chosen or find a new bottle of it (since I could see she thought there wasnt enough of it to do a good job) she snapped at me \"what do you want?\". I want you to ask me before you chose a color on my behalf and for the color to last longer then a few days! She proceeded to paint my toe nails and send me on my way with nail polish on my skin and one of the worst pedicures I have ever received. This was my second time and the service was equally as poor the first time. Never again. more ... less ...

This is my new favorite nail salon!! Very friendly staff and reasonable prices. My nail tech was so gentle and took her time to make sure I was happy. She did a fantastic job and I will continue to go back to her :)

Do not let the Male worker do your nails, he will mess you up. The amount of effort being expended by this young lady because she was upset about a chipped nail is terrible. Trying to ruin the reputation of a small business with false claims and getting friends to join in the process is nothing short of immature and mean-spirited. People who have been going there for years know the truth and will continue to be clients of this wonderful family-oriented nail salon. But if you have never been, please do not let the rantings of these people, who clearly have too much time on their hands, keep you from getting amazing service and treatment at this salon that has had a successful business and enjoyed a great reputation for many years. more ... less ...

Unbelievable service I received today! These people are rude and evil. Ive came to this establishment and was impressed with their French manicures despite them being really rough and causing injury to my fingers. Today, Unbelievable service I received today! Today, I was serviced by Hao who clearly was mocking me among the staff! He butchered my fingers. I will never return and I have sent a few customers their way.
