I made an appointment for July 28, 2022 at noon for my Daughter and I to have pedicures. After waiting THIRTY-FIVE (35) Minutes, we decided to leave. And, I am so glad we did. We got sooo sick and now my Husband and Grandson are sick.\nIf you were in this salon in July or August, you may want to get checked out by your doctor.\n\nI expected a Blow-Off response like this. This facility was the only place that we visited that day. I am well aware of Hygienic Protocol. I have a PhD. and so I can easily recognize when staff is coughing without a mask and touching guest surfaces without gloves providing a high contamination rate.\nYou might consider educating your staff with that elucidating response and also consider scheduling appointments more appropriately. more ... less ...

Hi had a great experience here!! My mom gave me a gift certificate (thanks Mom!) I was taken right away (I was a walk in) with LILLY as my tech. I honestly love this nail salon, its clean and their work is great however I am really unhappy about the prices here. I got the vibe that they were overworked and just so over being at the nail salon. She talked me out of the color I wanted, which turned out fine & I got blue instead. The nail tech accidentally went too deep with the cuticle nippers and I was bleeding out my toe😬\nI was really happy with the result, pretty sparkly blue gel.
