I am so glad I found this salon. I just moved to the area and was in desperate need of a cut. I read the reviews of so many salons by my house and Maggie’s salon had reviews that made me feel comfortable enough to m I am so glad I found this salon. I read the reviews of so many salons by my house and Maggie’s salon had reviews that made me feel comfortable enough to make an appointment. There was an opening right away. Honey was my stylist and she was amazing. She was so sweet she took a moment to talk about what I wanted then she took me over to hair washing sinks. And i can’t tell you how much I appreciate the neck rest on this sink! I have terrible neck pains and I even came with washed hair because I don’t want to sit at the sink at most salons. Your sink was great! And Honey gave me a scalp massage that felt so relaxing. My hair cut was perfect! Exactly what I wanted. The price was great. I can’t wait to bring my mom here. My style is simple and mostly consists of coffin designs..\nwhen I came across this nail artist on Google I had to go to her IG for better reference.. the picture above is the one that totally convinced me..\nlong story short,, I went to IG, clicked website link,.. found availability (about 1-2 weeks in the future) once I got there, it was such an intimate setting. Lacy is such a great conversationalist! we laughed and most importantly, my nails were PERFECT!!!! I totally recommend her!\npros: private atmosphere, easy to get along with, she is very professional and takes her craft seriously, takes all mesures to comply with COVID-19 guidelines.\ncons: most times its best to book in advance! (not too bad, if you are organized and know that youll need to visit her in the future *book it! do not wait!* , but I had to mention since some people are impulsive (if you are impulsive, try calling to see if she has any miracle cancelations and can squeeze ya in.. Less than week of getting my nails done, three of my nails have chipped. My third time coming here consistently and the two times prior, I loved my nails. Only two days after seeing a nail chip, and seeing that the lady who did them made the coats way too thick, I called in. Nina took my call and told me to come in. She said she’d fix my nail and see the rest. This was Wednesday, I couldn’t come in that day, due to work. However, I went in Thursday. Nina was doing someone’s nails and told me I had to wait for her to finish. She said anyone else would charge me. She said because it was only one nail, that she’d only redo that one. Any other would be a charge. Mind you she didn’t even look at my nails. She insisted that the thicker the coat, the better because it lasts longer…. Yet my nails are chipping off as if I’ve had this set for two weeks already. Then she went on to say how good of a tech Mary is. Again, not once even taking a look at my nails. I asked her if more chipped then what? She said that I’d have to pay. I planned on being a regular here. But no that was terrible customer service. For context, I got my nails done this past Monday. My first nail chipped on Wednesday, by this Friday my third nail has chipped. It’s Saturday & I plan on taking these right off. Will not be returning back. more ... less ...

I went and had it done with Melanie. I have had basic facials before and I love how soft and glowy my skin feels afterward, no need for make up even. Well, this one was not like that. It hurt, my skin was red for a day and a week later my skin feels dry, irritated and blotchy. Dead skin continues to peel off. The place is nice and people there are nice but I am not returning there. Isnt your skin supposed to feel and look better after a facial? Mine looks worse. more ... less ...
