I had a terrible experience with another salon, and made an appointment at BB to get a fill and see if they could help fix my existing set. Its a nice salon but the location is a little small. The staff was friendly but the clientele seemed very \"cliquish\". I feel like their color offerings could be more extensive. This is the second time Ive came here and they turned me away telling me to come back later. They know I drive over 30 minutes just to come to them. Needless to say eyebrow waxing only takes 10 minutes if that.. I reminded them that I came from Orange Park and could not come back later and she only shrugged her shoulders...\nWhen they do the eyebrows they always do an awesome job. But the past few months has been poor customer service.. because if they arent doing your nails and only doing your eyebrows they dont want to see you apparently more ... less ...

I love sawgrass nails. Jennifer (J-lo) always provides fast and exceptional service. I usually get gel polish but this time she did a full set with sns.

Terrible customer service and poor quality. I have lived in the area for over 20 years and decided to go to Sea Nails because my regular salon was closed for the holiday. I have lived in the area for over 20 years and decided to go to Sea Nails because my regular salon was closed for the holiday. The nail technician said she did SNS but the quality was not what I was used to. Nonetheless, two days later the SNS fell off one of the nails. I went in for a repair and the owner said they were too busy to take care of the nail. Two days later, another one of the SNA fell off another one of my nails. This time I called to make an appointment for the repair, explained that it was SNS and they gave me an appointment for 10:15. I showed up this morning at 10:15 and the nail tech that did my nails was there but denied she had done my nails last week! She also said she didnt know how to do SNS, so she was not the person I was speaking about. They said they could not help me and that I would need to come back later. At this point I was so frustrated that I will never visit again or recommend Sea Nails to anyone.\nI actually read the reviews before going, but decided to give them a chance because they have been in the area for a while.
