The customer service at this office is absolutely unreal. I tried to call to get my prescription refilled and I sat on hold for 23 minutes for someone to pick up and transfer me to someone else that didn’t pick up. I left them a voicemail and they called me back the following day. I got transferred again for nobody to answer… AGAIN. This has happened to me 5 different times in the last 2 days. Why doesn’t their phone # associate with their office on Creyts Rd? I don’t think I will be going back due to this issue. All I want is my medication refilled… I don’t need to be seen when we already know the issue with my skin and what helps. more ... less ...

Everyone who worked with us was so friendly and really good at what they do, and both the massage and facial were tailored personally based on questions we were asked. There is a room to relax in between appointments and they offer you a wide array of beverages from water and tea to mimosas and wine. Every room you spend time in is relaxing with dim lights and tranquil music. We also ate a delicious lunch while getting pedicures. My husband had never been to a spa before and the experience at Beach House definitely made him a fan. Did a great job with a couple ugly toes. Had my fingernails dipped and a design on two of them really nice job. Then had my eyebrows waxed and she did a good job. Had 3 different associates who worked on me and all were very nice and treated me with respect. There wasnt a bunch of talking between associates like Ive had other places. I was subjected to someone who never sat down, soaked my hands in acetone in a bowl (no foils were offered or used). Dish was way too small for my arthritic hands. This caused considerable pain to my hands the rest of the day. This lady showed no respect to either myself or the services I requested. I was prepared to spend a considerable amount with them, but I cancelled after the negligent treatment I received. $10.30 is what I spent for dip powder removal. I’ve been to many salons throughout the nation. This was my 1st in Daytona since I happen to be traveling. If this is a reflection of the services provided to a brown person in the wonderful city of Daytona Beach, then shame on you! This experience was a disgrace. Hopefully the manager or owner reading this review will ensure this does not happen to any other client. Never judge a person based on jeans/tee shirt/age/disability, or skin color. I had an appointment with a different salon but when I showed up there, on time, they told me that I didn’t have an appointment at all and that they had no openings for several months. I was mad to say the least.\nI searched on my phone for another salon, found Royal Nails & Spa and immediately drove there. I walked in ready to make an appointment and asked if by chance they could take me right away. The answer was yes because they take walk-in’s.\nThey put me with Kyle and I was so impressed with his work that I have requested him every visit.\nI’m a very happy customer! more ... less ...

I had someone who just didn’t want to be working. I was not spoken to except a rude interjection to keep hand or foot in water. She only spoke with a co-worker, non-stop, did not acknowledge me. Manicure and pedicure— she didn’t even cut my toe nails, didn’t cut or push back cuticles. The nail polish didn’t even last in the store. I bought a bottle of coffee and my nail was messed up. I went back in the salon, I told them my nail was messed up, and that I felt like I was treated poorly, not spoken to or acknowledged as a customer. Did not seem to matter. The nail polish didn’t even last for 24 hours. Closed on Sunday, I had surgery On Monday, toenail was throbbing Monday night, I realized that she didn’t cut my great toe nail at all. Called salon on Tuesday. I spoke with a gentleman who said I needed to come back to the salon so they could see me, and lay eyes on me and would refund my money. I told them that I just had surgery and needed a couple of days recovery, then needed to get a ride, couldn’t come in for several days,??Would that be a problem?? “No”. Come in and give you a refund. Went to salon Friday , asked to speak to a manager. Told no manager was there. I was ignored, made fun of by employees and their customers. Was rudely interrupted by a female employee. I was ridiculed, yelled at, no one would do anything. Then the very same person who said no manager all of a sudden said he was the manager and owner. Interesting. They did nothing. Did not care. Truly rude and unkind. The place is filthy. I dropped my cane behind a seat, had to be at least an inch of dust around all of the chair cords. I will never, never, never go there again. They really don’t care, obviously lie, no manager, then now you’re a manager and the owner, Wow. Stay away from here. $40.00 for a regular mani/pedi and they said yes it does not last. Ashleigh does a beautiful thin French manicure! She did it free handed and It was perfect the white was not too thin not too thick.
