Ive been going to Debbie for my hair for approximately 8yrs. I drive 4 hrs round trip (Sarasota) to have my hair done. Rose is awesome as well. Great nail technician. Family owned & they really care. Family owned & they really care. Friendly, clean, professional, excellent at what they do. My hair is fo my waist & she NEVER cuts too much & listens to my concerns. I would like to share my experience from this nail salon. I just recently read a 1 star review which was TOTALLY uncalled for. I have been using this nail salon for a very long time (over 10 years) and have left VERY SA I would like to share my experience from this nail salon. I just recently read a 1 star review which was TOTALLY uncalled for. I have been using this nail salon for a very long time (over 10 years) and have left VERY SATISFIED EACH and EVERY time! You know why? Because I know this is a busy shop and I follow the rules! It’s not “All about me!” A sign on the door CLEARLY states “By Appointment.” Kelly and Jack do amazing work and are very caring people! I have so many compliments from my nails and I also refer many people there. I also say to them…. “You need to call them and make an appointment!” They do have a lot of clients. So…for the “ALL ABOUT ME” people saying they are just “standing around,” TRY making an appointment and go in for yourself before being so quick to rate them a one star! Such a shame how people are so quick to rate with negativity without experiencing the full service! Their shop! Their rules! You need to give the respect and follow the rules or just go elsewhere!! No need to feel you had to rate a 1star just because you couldn’t get your way! This is their livelihood! Take your ridiculous review down! more ... less ...

I have “Tyler” who does a beautiful job… manicure and pedicure. I have been going to Bella Nails for seven years and don’t think I’ve ever had a bad manicure. Also, Kim, who just did my nails due to Tyler‘s absence, did a magnificent job, took her time, and just made my nails look perfect. My pedicure was done by somebody I don’t know who didn’t understand much English, which to me is a detriment, but did a decent job. No complaints there. I have never had a problem with anybody being rude. I do believe their booking sometimes is a little off, taking too many people at once; however, I do love Bella’s. The only complaint I have is that their prices are a bit high….$35 for a pedicure and $38 for a French shellac manicure. I can’t afford to go that often, but thankfully every three weeks for my nails works well. They last a long time. DISGUSTED. I paid $70 for a basic pedicure (priced at $28) and gel on my fingers. NOT A MANICURE, just gel. The pedicure was up-charged because they had to \"remove my previous gel and reapply\", which is fine. They also DISGUSTED. I paid $70 for a basic pedicure (priced at $28) and gel on my fingers. They also told me that the gel I chose for my hands was $25, a full manicure would have been $31. I was NOT offered any other options for the gel. I was shown one display of colors and asked to choose from it right when I walked in the door. No prices/up-charges were discussed before or during the service. They absolutely ripped me off. I will NEVER go back there. Such bad business ethics, I am just so disappointed and disgusted. Thieves. more ... less ...
