I can’t believe I have to write this but my mother isn’t tech savvy enough. Yesterday my mom went to this salon to have her eyebrows tinted and eyelash extensions put on. This was her first ever experience and I can’t believe I have to write this but my mother isn’t tech savvy enough. Yesterday my mom went to this salon to have her eyebrows tinted and eyelash extensions put on. This was her first ever experience and she isn’t very knowledgeable on the whole thing but has an event coming up and wanted to try it out. Today, not even 24 hours later, a whole chunk of her eyelash fell out. I looked closer at her eyes and realized it looks like her whole eye line is black and crusted with glue. I asked if she got them wet, she said no. And then asked why she couldn’t get them wet. I was informed they never told her proper care and told her “don’t rub your eyes when you’re washing your face, rub around them”. And I’m sorry but every eyelash extension service should give you the proper care (eyelash shampoo, spooly, etc.) Fast forward an hour or so and ALL of the extensions came off no problem and revealed the ugly truth behind the process!!! Please don’t go to this place for eyelash extensions. If you want to go for an eyebrow tint though, they got you! more ... less ...

Dont waste your time going there, they only attend by appointment, so they already have their fixed clients because only 2 people work on a Friday at 3 in the afternoon.

The man who did my nails (lighter skin tone) his name was zayden I believe and the one who did my cousins name was David. They were very pricey in my opinion hers were 80 and mine were 95 but for the experience and this being my first time it was worth it. I will be getting a fill and keeping up with them so the price isn’t bad. He got my nails flat the shape is amazing and the design was crisp. 5 stars I will come again. more ... less ...

She takes her time and is very particular with her work and her designs and I love her for it because I am very OCD myself especially when it comes to my nails. She never disappoints and when I tell you her nails last a LONG TIME, I’m not exaggerating. I can go an entire month with a set and have about a half inch or more of nail growth and they are still strong and do not lift. I am very use to having long nails but accidents do happen and I am not careful a lot of times and hit my nails or jam them and they do not budge or break. She also does my eyebrows which I am always very happy with as well! All of my pedicure work is done by Paul! I’ve been having him do by toes for years and actually followed him to this salon and be introduced me to Hannah! I always get French tips on my toes and he is by far the best pedicure technician I’ve ever had do my toes. He’s super friendly and nice and he always leaves my feet feeling brand new! Overall this spa is beautiful, great employees, and outstanding work! You get for what you pay for and I’ve not been disappointed thus far and neither will you! I paid it and the lady did her best on my pedi, never asked what type of pedi I wanted.\n\nDip powder, see photo- looks like I did it myself. I asked to have my nail beds cleaned with acetone and was told itll come off when I shower, got stubbed several times during my nails. Not satisfied but still tipped and left and will go get the dip redone elsewhere. He was nice but did poor job, maybe too tired or didnt care since I was later during the day but worse nail job ever (polish pass my cuticles, no clean up, does not look professionally done). $85 later and unhappy but wasnt worth the Xtra fuss because anyone could see if did not look right, he said \"its the polish color.\" I got home and my family laughed at how bad the nails looked. I’m very hurt, physically, and mad too! I told Lena my skin is very sensitive and still she made me bleed! Then she said she didn’t hear me say that! She was chatting with a coworker about something that happened with a previous client. She was trying to stop the bleeding with liquid steptic. Then she put alcohol on it too! Then at the end she put something that looked like cooking oil all over my hands and arms! I’m definitely complaining to the Florida Dept of licensing and regulation. I’m 68 and I tell every new person about my very thin skin and I bleed easily. Someone else who did my nails for a long time never had a problem. She was grinding on my edges like she was chopping wood! I rushed home to soak my hands and sanitize them immediately! Also she charged me $45 for a basic fill, I had no broken or chipped nails. I am so done with this place! Oh by the way I have been to nail school so I know a bit about good customer care! I’d do them myself but I can’t due to arthritis!
