For the quality and service, this place is wayyyy too overpriced. If you are forced to come here atleast ask for Kim. She is super nice. And now i’m in a chair at this so called “salon” two days before my birthday with nails that i hate. My bff asked for black nails and they painted them green. When she called the guy got an attitude and didn’t offer to fix his mistake!!!! Charged $120 after 2 rounds of bad nails

Only had 2 people working and I was there for 3 hours. Usually their service is better than that.

I asked to have my hair colored strawberry blonde and used the first photo as a reference. Leah seemed to understand and be confident she could do it. I ended up leaving with this bright pink hair. I called the salon back after I left and left a message (they rarely answer their phone) asking if they would fix it because its not even close to what I asked for. They havent called me back. First photo is what I asked for, second photo is what they did.....\n\n***UPDATE*** 12/4/21\nThey called me back and fixed my hair for free. Leah was really nice about it and had another stylist, Lena, help. She even gave me some free toning shampoo to help maintain the color. The last pic is the corrected color. Im very happy with it! I’ve used PJ at this place for almost 5 years. I did acrylics until I had a bone infection and had a biopsy. That was from me biting my nails. Never had acrylics again. My finger is very sensitive. My finger is very sensitive. I still went in for pedicure and waxing. I spent with tip over 100.00. I didn’t get pedicures very often. Real life gets in the way. Apparently, they don’t understand that. I walked in a couple of weeks ago. I just wanted eyebrows waxed b4 cataract surgery. PJ was always who I went to. I walked in said,” Hi PJ.” No response. No greeting to my arrival. Does say walk ins welcome on door.\nShe finally acknowledged me. I said I need a facial wax. She told me she’s book. You need appointment. For a wax??!! Usually, if they have a client in chair, they will stop at a point that works for them and wax the person and go back to that person. I was not asked to please wait and I’ll help you or offered someone else to do it. After she did my wax I was going to book my 100.00 pedicure. I walked out!!! I guess I’m not a special client anymore, since I’m only getting pedicures randomly. I thought PJ is that the kind of person you want to be ??!! I have to say this place was clean, but outdated. The chairs were old and not comfy. No tv or music, just dead silence. He did a decent job but my toe nails have never been so rounded before in my life.. they always have had a square shape. I am a woman not a man with stubby toe nails.
