I’ve been getting my nails and toes done here for about nine months. Thomas and Cindy are absolutely wonderful. They are professional, do amazing work, and are just lovely, thoughtful people. I Literally watched the lady paint over a piece of fuzz on my nail and tuck it under my nail to avoid redoing the nail. The nail polish was old and clumpy and instead of putting a drop of nail polish remover in the nail I Literally watched the lady paint over a piece of fuzz on my nail and tuck it under my nail to avoid redoing the nail. The nail polish was old and clumpy and instead of putting a drop of nail polish remover in the nail polish to thin out again, she painted my toes and nails uneven with goopy nail polish. She filed my bare nails with one of those electric nail files to clean the cuticles for a regular manicure. I have never seen anyone ever do that. Ruining nail beds for what?? The nail polish is already lifting on my fingers and I got the manicure yesterday evening at 5pm. I may try again, but I (respectfully) do not want this lady to touch my nails. more ... less ...

He was so inappropriately speaking to me that I was holding back tears. I would never do business with this salon. WORST EXPERIENCE EVER WITH ANY PERSON/BUSINESS IN MY LIFE. Unfortunately, my mother’s boyfriend accidentally threw the envelope away that had the gift certificate in it. Today I went and spoke with Don and he told me they would not honor it. Knowing that they write down the amount of each gift certificate. He said there was no way to track it. But there is because at the end of the month if he has a $40.00 overage from gift certificates not used he could cross reference it.
