Love the place. They make my nails look very natural and made me feel confident at my interview. Had a lot of compliments and felt greet about them. I went this week to get a fill since my place was too full. I wanted the same shape, and cut down. All my nails are shaped differently, there are lumps on my nails, uneven color. My pedicure was great . The tech who did my manicure was awful. She was rude the while time,and she was rushing . She yelled at me for telling her about problems that needed to be fixed. She burned me with her e-file ,u told her she was hurting me and she didnt care. She just kept going . She left a piece of nail tip on my right ring finger nail with no acrylic covering it . She also said a very unwelcome comment . She said \" You know the reason you cant relax ? Its because you always worry.\". Thay comment was super rude. I told her before hand that I have a medical condition that causes me to have shaking and twitching in my hands. She didnt even say \" Im sorry \" for hurting me with her fe ,and the very ride comment . I paid good money to treated rudly . I left very upset after my service there. Let me start by saying I was a walk in and a first timer. I had asked to make an appointment but I was told that I can just walk in. Although my cuticles were cut at no extra cost, the service I got was lacking. I received an acrylic overlay when I asked for a full set. No tips were used, when I wanted the nail extension. I hadn’t even been asked if I wanted nail tips. The process took some time and I was only half happy in the end. The nail tech Chris was kind, and I was appreciative of that, but I was really displeased with the way he did my nails. They were all different shapes and lengths, he got up from his chair for a moment long enough for me to grab his nail file and fix them myself. (I thought I was receiving a service, I have never had to fix my own nails in shop to leave half pleased) after having them painted I gained a bit more confidence in the way the process was executed. I was so upset but not enough to cause drama. After the clear coat I was put under the UV lamp, which I assumed would dry my polish, only to leave the lamp with my nails smudged and gummy, I also received absolutely no cuticle oil. The service looked sloppy. I could have cried, again, not upset enough to cause drama... walking up to the counter to pay for my service (I wasn’t aware I was done because I asked for a pedicure and was told I could walk in) I paid for my lack there of service and asked “what about the pedicure, you said you had time” to which he replied “pedicure? No you’d have to come back at 6” let me stress that I called early, and was told I could walk in, I was willing to make the appointment to receive both services, the shop was empty when he told me that he wasn’t free until 6... I was very displeased. Not only for the service but or the fact that I was told to come back 7 hours later for a service I asked twice for (once on the phone and again in person) I was willing to spend money for both services and tip accordingly.... I am never coming back to this place. They are not only expensive and clearly just working for money not for art. The lady did my nails so ugly. The only reason why I didn’t tell her to fix it was because I didn’t have the time to wait because I had to go back home to my kids. But I do not recommend this place at all. more ... less ...

My first visit to the salon. The gentleman did an excellent job on my pedicure but then abruptly moved me to another station, interrupted another nail tech and told her to finish my manicure. I thought this was very rude and unprofessional. Initially, I planned to return based just on the great job he did on my pedicure, but the rude, dismissive behavior was insulting. He was obviously frustrated that he did not appropriately prep my nails to remove the gel polish. After sitting with the foil wraps on for over 30 minutes, he proceeded to use a drill to remove the large amount remaining. I generally tip quite generously for excellent service and had planned to do so for him. I felt compelled to tip the young lady as she had to make her client wait while she finished my manicure that HE started. If she chose to give it to him, oh well. I doubt seriously that I would return and would not recommend to others. If you think people of color do not tip, youre sadly mistaken and if that has been the experience, you cant judge everyone based on a few. We dont tip for poor service. I still provided him a tip based on the pedicure. Interesting how these responses are so complete and concise, but no one in the shop has the ability to answer a question - the response was basically I dont understand english. I give 3 and a half stars because nothing but water is used to soak your feet in the Monday through Wednesday mani pedi special. Its the bare minimum.
