I came here because my mom and sister recommended the place, and that being said I had expectations the service would be well done and thorough. I am a college student home from break and I usually get my nails done, so I figured I would give this place a shot. I came on Monday, 1/10/22 and I was pleased I didnt have to wait too long before a worker was free to help me. The man who did my pedicure, Mario, was very thorough and did a great job and I recommend asking for him if youre getting a pedicure. If I could I would give the pedicure a much higher rating than 1 star (4/5 stars for sure).\n\nProblems started to arise when I was getting my acrylics done. I am not usually picky and have no problems because most nail technicians take time and do a good job. I get my acrylics done pretty often so I know what a good job looks like. I am not sure who did my nails, she was an older woman with glasses. I asked for them to be a little longer, but she kept filing them down and the end product did not even look like I had nail extensions on some nails. Even then, I figured it would be fine and it would look good at the end product. I was extremely disappointed with the end result. The nails were uneven, bumpy and all had completely different shapes and sizes. Some nails were crooked and not straight, and others were just a totally different shape than almond (which is what I asked for). I think this may be either due to her talking to other workers and being a little distracted or in somewhat of a rush. Absolutely no hate to the woman who did my nails, she was very kind, I just expected a much better job than the end result. Everyone in my family and friends could see the various shapes and the bumps in the acrylic. I planned on coming back and asking for a refund and showing them but decided it was not worth it as I would NEVER come here again for acrylics. Furthermore, I didnt come back for a refund because the woman doing my nails was kind to me, but she was just not good at her job. I think she realized I was not happy with them either but it was too late to fix them at all. If you like well done acrylics and a detailed job, DO NOT COME HERE. I ended up getting mine redone somewhere else. more ... less ...

After getting some steps in going around the store twice, the staff hadnt seemed to complete the job, so with an absence in their sense of urgency I left empty-handed. I feel obliged to try the competition next time, out of principal.\n\nThis is a great and mostly well-stocked location. The staff can be very helpful and friendly, apparently depending on what day/time youre there.\n\nIf ordering something large or heavy, the curbside pickup service after buying online is much easier than pushing one of the heavyweight carts around.\n\nThey still have a limiting stock of small hardwood boards - which could be supply-related, but the competition doesnt have the same issue more ... less ...

She is awesome and I’d give this place more stars except for the fact that the gentleman who answers the phone is rude and not that great at his job.\nOnce I made an appt to do these three services and when I got there I was only booked for one.\nTwice I tried to get an appointment at a certain time and he didn’t have those times so when I was trying to come up with something that works with my schedule he told me that he’s busy and to call when I know what time I want to come in.\nUmmm I told you what time and you didn’t have it available.sad talk since I really liked Linda.\nI guess I have to keep looking for a nail place near me.
