This is by far my favorite nail salon. They are professional. They do a great job. Im always happy about the service When I get my nails done. Nail on us.definitely recommend

I happened to stumble into this place. I live nowhere near this shop. Being as personable as I am payed off for sure. I just so happened to have time in the day and ran over hoping to catch someone before close. Taking a chance to not make it in time and maybe not even see Hannah who I was to ask for. Ends up, her work was awesome!!!! I appreciate her style, shape and artistic ability on these claws 😜!! If that’s not enough …She is fast!!!! If I could leave a 0 I would. I’ve been going here for years and since some of the nail techs have left and the front girl, their customer service sucks, and service is under par. Appointment was at 1:00 pm. Arrived at 12:58 pm and was informed by Elle she was still working on a client and could I wait in the hallway. I asked how long the wait would be and she said 20 minutes. Elle texted me at 1:49pm to say she was ready for my appointment. I went home at 1:30pm. Very unprofessional to keep a client waiting for an appointment she made with me several days before in person. The staff is very friendly and . The owners John and Mary are amazing!! They run the shop like a fine oiled machine! I dont go anywhere else!! Im there every two weeks!!

I used to come to Platnium all the time, but today was the last day. My friend and I came in today at 1:50pm for her appointment that was at 2pm. After my friend washed her hands, sat down and picked out a color, it was still before 2pm. 2:20pm rolled around and we still weren’t helped! I counted 14 customers in the store with 6 employees. They overbooked for appointments and were understaffed which isn’t right. After 30 minutes of waiting (after our 2pm appointment) we were fed up when they started helping walk-ins before they helped those with appointments. We decided to walk out and go somewhere else. They chased after us yelling that they can take us now, but at that point we didn’t want to pay for a service from them. How can you schedule those for appointments but don’t have enough staff to take care of those guests? It seems very greedy to me, that they’re only looking for the money, especially when they rush through your nails to get more guests in. more ... less ...

You as a owner you should never say to anyone. That just paid. If you dont know whats going on. When they say they paid for the service already to you. You have to see and find out because I TRUST MY PEOPLE. As a comment. Its low class . And speaks alot about your caricature. I didnt do anything to you. You are very rude 😒 for no reason. Your levels will bring your 🌟 all the way down with Google & people will stop coming if you dont get yourself together. Smile and be happy. Life is to short. Lighten up off your ugly attitude. I wish I could give no stars the way I was treated at this place was insane. I’ve come here since I moved to Florida when Danny and Jason was there this new manager Jace and his girlfriend are by far the worse peopl I wish I could give no stars the way I was treated at this place was insane. I’ve come here since I moved to Florida when Danny and Jason was there this new manager Jace and his girlfriend are by far the worse people I ever had to deal with I came in for my appointment scheduled at 530 was not started until 630 then to sit down and be disrespected by Jace’s girlfriend she ignored me when I asked if she could do a design then got rude and stopped doing my nails and told me go sit down back by the waiting area. To make matters worse Jace sat directly next to us and said absolutely nothing SOME MANAGER HE IS I then got up and left and went to another nail salon that squeezed me in and did an amazing job I WILL NEVER EVER GO BACK TO JLUXE EVERRRRRR more ... less ...

I only came here because my original location was extremely busy. I thought I would support another small\nbusiness in the area. When I first entered I was the only customer on a Friday at 4pm ( first red flag 🚩 no customers!!!) the husband and wife were so aggressive that it was uncomfortable. As soon as I walked in they told me the price for my service. I sat down, he starts my nails, and I have a whole bunch of colors to choose from beside me. The husband starts demanding me to pick a color as he was doing my full set. Every 2 minutes while filing “ pick color “ “ pick color” .. there’s about 25 more minutes before he needs to apply the polish. He was so aggressive that I just said a color and ran with it because he was hounding me ( keep in mind I’m the ONLY customer what’s the rush?). Fast forward it’s time to pay and the price they told me when I entered doesn’t match the price board.. my service ( full set 20, pedicure 25 & two big toe nails 10) was 55 dollars and the wife kept yelling that it was 60 for some odd reason when the price board clearly had my total in black and white in which they wanted to argue. I put my headphones in while their mouths continued to move. I ended up paying 55 dollars because I was right. When drying my nails they took off their mask and was walking around the shop. The last straw was when the wife started couching like something was stuck in the back of her throat with of course no mask on ... I left immediately. PLEASE AVOID THIS PLACE! I’m sure the community already knows to avoid this place as there was no customers but wow that was a first and last for me. more ... less ...
