I called prior to my visit to Regal Nails to ask if they had chrome nail polish and if they could do chrome on my finger nails. I also asked if they were able to do designs on my toes and to this I was told emphatically yes! When I presented the design that I wanted on my toes, the nail technician tried several times to do the design. Finally she admitted that she was unable to do it. She also told me that she would not be doing chrome polish on my finger nails because it was ânot beautifulâ. After selecting a different color for my nails because chrome polish was no longer an option per the technician, she told me that the person who does all the designs was not in today and would return tomorrow. When I returned the next day, that same technician was extremely nasty. She had a horrible attitude. She was rolling her eyes at me and when I asked her what the concern was she just mumbled under breath and threw her hands at me. In addition, no compensation was provided for my inconvenience. I would stay away from this salon as there is only 1 individual there\nwho is able to do anything other than plain polish.\n\nResponse to the owner: First off, I am not Haitian which shows your bias. Everyone who is African American is not Haitian. Additionally, I did receive the chrome that I requested on my second visit to the salon. I was very pleased with the job Kristy performed. My only concern is that I paid 80 dollars for a mani and pedicure and the level of nasty attitude by the members of the salon is extremely unprofessional and unexceptional. Your nasty reply does not surprise me. This is why I am warning others to not visit this salon. Thank you for proving my point!
