I been going here for several years now & shouldve shared my five stars long time ago. Jen has been cutting my hair the entire time as well as doing highlights once in awhile. I also finally did a pedicure here which w I been going here for several years now & shouldve shared my five stars long time ago. I didnt realize how good it feels to simply get your hair washed until this place. This is positively my most enthusiastic, solid five stars that have given to any business. My husband made an appointment for me in May as I was having Hip Replacement surgery in a couple of weeks. I arrived 10 minutes before my appointment, was barely acknowledged, which was surprising as there were only 3 customers in the Salon, and 3 techs. I was told to sit and wait, but NOT offered to pick out polish color. I sat there for only 20 minutes, and still was NOT seated with a Tech for my appointment. I finally just left. This was the 2nd time I attempted to have my nails done at this Salon, the 1st time we were instructed to book an appointment. Sadly, booking an appointment still did NOT allow me to get my nails done at this Salon.\n\nDefinitely, NOT going to try a 3rd time!!! more ... less ...

I took my elderly mother to get a pedicure. I made an appointment for 2pm. We arrived 5 minutes early. There was no communication about our anticipated wait. There was no communication about our anticipated wait. We were 45 minutes before they put her in a chair with cold water. She sat in the cold water again with no tech and no communication. I went to speak to the man in charge said he called someone to come in and it wouldnt be must longer. At this point, we left. While drying my moms feet off the tech next to us said she would do them \"now\". It was all a bit much. Lastly, this business is CASH ONLY on Sunday. WHY? Sounds suspect to me..... I would have appreciated him communicating the wait and letting us choose to come back later. That is a basic customer service expectation. more ... less ...

I received a regular pedicure and was enjoying it up until , the young man doing my pedicure began to heavily bully me by telling me to go back to Walmart if I wanted a fan to dry my nails, vaping cigarettes in front of I received a regular pedicure and was enjoying it up until , the young man doing my pedicure began to heavily bully me by telling me to go back to Walmart if I wanted a fan to dry my nails, vaping cigarettes in front of me and when I ask him not to do that he said “why are you going to die” so unprofessional!! I thought it was a great place and was going to return, however; after that experience I will never return or recommend to anyone. Extremely unprofessional and don’t even think about reporting to manager is a family business (his parents) and they don’t speak English. I will go back to Walmart where I was treated with respect and I was even offer a drink and a blanket, for $25 you get a GEL pedicure. more ... less ...

Went there today. Yes I was a walk in and they were busy but they acted like it would be just a few minutes. I sat in the waiting area for 15 mins and then had my feet soaking waiting in the pedicure bowl for another 45 mins! If it was going to be an hour wait or anything near that they should have said something when I walked in so I could run other errands in the meantime. The massage was literally rubbing a stone on my leg for 60 seconds each leg with oil. No lotion. Really no foot massage. She pumiced the side of my toe so hard it’s super sore now but hardly pumiced much on my heals that really needed it. She cut and filed one of my nails so low and aggressively I nearly bled. I haven’t gotten a pedicure in months and don’t have a lots of time to treat myself so it was definitely a disappointment. I’m new to Spring Hill and really was hoping to find a new regular place to go. more ... less ...

I have been going to Nicholas nails for about a year now. The atmosphere is very pleasant, professional and welcoming. The employees are very respectful, friendly and courteous. I went here and got a gel manicure and a pedicure French style. It was the worst I have ever received. I relocated in July and this was the closest nail salon to my new home. I got a gel manicure and reg pedicure for myself and my 10 year old daughter. Then ,as I sat getting my nails done a regular customer came in and was telling the lady doing her nails that their friend just had their gel done and it was already off a few days later. That made me a little concerned but I was already too late and the guy was almost done with my nails. Here we are only 7 days later And all the gel nails are completely off of my nails. Any time I have had gel nails done they always last at least three weeks. Didn’t even last through the weekend. I definitely will not return . more ... less ...
