Loved being there as a student. Make sure you stop by and say hi to Tiffany and Mrs. Hildreth! Two of the most amazing instructors there.

This used to be a good nail salon but nowadays THIS PLACE is the epicenter of drama and stress. Last three times I visited the salon, I had to literally come back the next day to get nails re-done. Last three times I visited the salon, I had to literally come back the next day to get nails re-done. Its like this business having limited staff (2 nail teks) to service 20 to 30+ customers per day, no lunch breaks for staff and salon not respecting customers time???? Come on now..... worst part is leaving staff in charge and unsupervised. When the owner used to take care of business all was good. Seriously, nowadays with Ha (owner) constantly being gone and leaving business unsupervised and nail technicians unable to speak or understand English, the constant verbal arguments about tips, jealousy and gossip between these 2 teks, and not to mention the IMPOLITE talks and CRITICISM about customers in Vietnamese, makes this place TOTALLY TOXIC, UNPROFESSIONAL and INSULTING! Hopefully the owner is reading this note and does something about it. How about hiring top talent that speaks English & less DRAMA? Although customers appreciate flexibility, we dont appreciate long waits.... How about making more appointments available? Hey... we are in AMERICA and our time should be respected.. Hopefully Ha tries to invest more time supervising and less time messing around. more ... less ...

I absolutely love Salon Essence, mostly because my hair stylist is simply amazing and I seem to follow Lauren every where she goes, but also because they take care of you. Lauren knows how to cut your hair exactly the wa I absolutely love Salon Essence, mostly because my hair stylist is simply amazing and I seem to follow Lauren every where she goes, but also because they take care of you. Lauren knows how to cut your hair exactly the way you want it cut and even if you dont know what you want she seems to pull off the perfect cut anyway.
