My first time ever there. I walked in to order food and only got through 1 part of my order before they rushed to the next person. Was very disappointed in the customer service. I got my nails done on Friday night 3/25/2022. I got acrylic and gel. Basic white gel. The nail tech left a bunch of acrylic under my nails and it stuck to my skin. My nails are less than a week old and have already started coming off and chipping off. I only gave this place a 2nd star because the 2nd lady who painted my nails did a good job. The older lady who started on them was horrible. She did a dip powder removal and took hours. I dont think she had experience with acrylic either because she cured it very lumpy and thick, then had to do tons more filing on my extremely red nailbeds. It was by far the most pain Ive been in at a salon. I felt like walking out. On top of that, they charged me more than anyone else ever has. more ... less ...

I happened to find this place after searching Google for a while. I was not happy with any of the salons I had been going to. They are so friendly and thorough here. They are so friendly and thorough here. You will be here a while but know it’s because they take their time with every client. I have never felt rushed here or like I was inconveniencing them. I love having my nails done but stopped for years because no one was doing it right. They would lift by day 3 and fall off so I gave up. I tried getting my nails done here for the first time in years and they didn’t come off, chip, or lift! I was able to come back for a refill and I’ve been so happy! Ive gone here since I can remember. I love everyone there and they always do my nails perfectly. I always throw alot of ideas but the always make them so beautiful! This was my first time here, despite the reviews I wanted to give them a chance anyway. I would have given 5 stars but the older guy with the gold glasses that was doing my nails cut me several times. He started by removing my nails really rough, like ripping them off. I assured him I trusted him and would let take full creative design control over my nails and that kind of eased the tension. He cut me with drill on 3 nails at my cuticle and then with the emery board on both pinky nails and my pointer. MY NAILS HURT. The overall place looks immaculate, very nice, chic and modern. My pedicure was great, I got the rose gold one with gel polish ($75 no design) My nails were full set gel with two fingers sugar crystal ($70). Honestly I don’t care about the price because you’re paying for the ambience. I might go back just will get a different nail tech. I think because it was past closing time he was rushing, I could tell he didn’t think I would tip him but I still did $10 for my nails and $10 for my feet. He was very thankful and held the door open for me when I left. My nails don’t look horrible, he tried to make them perfect, I just think he needs to be more gentle. more ... less ...

Appointment was for two and after 2 hours only one of us had been served. The nail manicure was very poorly done in all of 20 minutes. The pedicure took more than 1 hour and was okay. Seriously the best salon I have ever gone to. 💯\n\nI am kind of a novice at nail salons, so today I made a newbie mistake and tried to make an appointment super last minute. Heidi fit me into the schedule and Im so glad. I get anxious in salons and this was the most comfortable I have ever felt in a salon. Heidi was so nice and did an awesome job. They even had these cool hand moisturizer gloves for during the gel manicure. I am definitely coming back. more ... less ...

Talking to his Co workers...you know darn well bad mouthing the customers... and I say that In his demeanor. I would not recommend this place I should have stuck with Lee over at Walmart....they are much friendlier and CLEANER i might add. A little kindness can go a long way...this place LACKS that. more ... less ...
