Wont go anywhere else to get my nails and waxing done. Friendly people, very professional, and great service. My toes last for a while and I am a farm girl!

Today my daughter and I waited for over 30 minutes at a different salon only to be told that the wait would be longer due to customers who had appointments. We left and walked into Nails VIP without appointments. We left and walked into Nails VIP without appointments. We are so glad we did!! We were greeted with smiles and kind words and they took us immediately after we selected our colors. First and last time I get my nails done here. I went in for a full set and the person who did my nails glues some tips crooked and said “ your finger is different” if that was the case other nail salons I’ First and last time I get my nails done here. And after he put the acrylic and started filing he asked if I was okay with the shape. I said I was. This was for the first 2 fingers he started on. After he was done filing all the nails he asked me if they were okay and I’d there was any issues he would fix them. So I did tell him , I said I noticed that some nails were files to much from the sides and the mail no longer looked squares which was the shape I had asked for. He takes a look at them and states that he had asked me if they were okay when he 1st started filing them and that is why he kept doing what he was doing. I didn’t know I had to check each nail to see if they were the correct shape. I thought since he was doing my nails he would have know. At the end I didn’t even argue at all I just told him it was fine and I thanked him. more ... less ...

I LOVE this place! After searching for a while for a new nail salon and all the good stuff I have heard about them from people I know I decided to give them a try. I have NO clue why I didnt go here to begin with!! They I LOVE this place! They are the BEST! I will continue going. You are treated with kindness as soon as you step foot in the door till the time you leave. Such a WONDERFUL husband and wife team! Regularly go and get my nails filled every two weeks. Normally have a great experience today was not the case. Upon arrival the salon was over busy and waited 45 minutes for my nails which was fine as I did not have an a Regularly go and get my nails filled every two weeks. After my nails I got my eye brows waxed but my nail tech had an appointment walk in so it was very obvious she was in a rush. She waxed my eyebrows in such a hurry. She did not pluck them or make them even. She rushed me out and I paid. I then looked at my eyebrows and saw they still needed to be plucked as they were not even. I went back inside to have it fixed. She was still very rushed and just plucked the end of my eyebrow off instead of getting the remaining hairs. Her tone was rude and then she was yelling with her coworkers. Will not be coming back for my eyebrows or nails more ... less ...

Got my nails done Saturday with my friend mine was 45.00 I added a 5 dollar tip and checked my bank and it said 95.00 was taken out so I called them to see why it wasn’t 50 and he said for the tip he accidentally pu Got my nails done Saturday with my friend mine was 45.00 I added a 5 dollar tip and checked my bank and it said 95.00 was taken out so I called them to see why it wasn’t 50 and he said for the tip he accidentally put 50 I get it mistakes happen and they said they would be open and stay there till I got off at 5 I showed up at 5:14 and no one was there so that means I have to stop by again tomorrow when it says they close at 5:30 this is bad business n I told them I would be there after I got off and they said it was ok they would be there. I wouldn’t even write this review if I got my money back today but there was no one there do not say someone will be there when there wasn’t I wasted my gas and time for nothing more ... less ...
