I have come here for over 10 years. Last time I chose pink and the guy said white looks better and changed it without asking. I left laughing with sparkling wedding nails. I returned and the new person cut a chunk out I have come here for over 10 years. Last time I chose pink and the guy said white looks better and changed it without asking. I returned and the new person cut a chunk out of my finger, cut ALL of my nails off when I asked for half, didnt do the hand massage (not important but still!) And charged me $10 extra to take off their old white polish. Management has changed and customer service is gone. I used to love it! Nail salons are on every corner fortunately more ... less ...

I called and made an appointment for 2:00 and made sure I didnt have to wait. Got there early. I waited 20 mins. The young gentleman at the front said ok you can go to number 5, then I waited for 10 mins. After the I called and made an appointment for 2:00 and made sure I didnt have to wait. Got there early. After the older lady sat down and startes to do my nails and then got up, didnt say anything that she was going to help another customer and sat on another station. I waited for 40 mins in total so I left because no one decided to say anything to me or at least tell me your understaffed. I have never waited that long to do my nails. more ... less ...

Polish was so thick it wouldnt dry. They even were kind enough to put a gel coat on top, but the polish was so thick underneath that it looks like my child did it... $$60a laterr. I had to tell them that it was not fully painted in and then they corrected it. Another person came with me and had gel nails on, they tried to remove the nails with a buffer and ended up hurting my friend. While removing the nails my friend had to pull her foot away because it hurt so bad and the nail tech was being argumentative. Water used was also not disinfected before use and we had to point it out to them. Also at the end the nail tech justifies the paint job as the color being hard to paint which makes no sense to me. more ... less ...

I got the cat eye gel nail polish (207, great color by the way) and was amazed at the service that I received. Upon arrival, I was offered water and worked on by two ladies at the same time (I got a manicure and a pedicure, one on both ends of my body). This was very prompt service and both ladies were very sweet and funny and we all three had a good conversation throughout the duration of my experience. Shawn in particular was very nice and hilarious and kept a light hearted conversation going. She did my manicure and did an excellent job, may I add. A picture does not encompass the greatness of my nails at this moment, but all of my edges are smooth and the color was delicately applied. Aside from the service, I was also very happy with the selection variety that was offered. They not only provided an array of services, but the nail colors and types of nails were large. I have previously left a good review. I have been coming here for 6 months. At first they did great. Every visit seems to be worse than the last. The quality of the outcome is different every time. Ive had 5 different techs and its a toss up. I am going to find somewhere else to go.. Best service you’ll find anywhere! I probably tried about 6 places around my house and no one does a better Job! They’re SO sweet, awesome prices, and do a fantastic job!!!
