Find best hair and nail salon in Albany , GA

I love this shop..had a issue today with my card and they were nice enough to give me time to make the payment once I got my issue handle...payment was made the same day tho! Very good people

First I asked the gentleman after my nails was completed to fix the nail because it was crooked and needed to be time going and just moved to Albany Georgia. First I asked the gentleman after my nails was completed to fix the nail because it was crooked and needed to be filed down the side, as the nails are wide and I am dissatisfied with my service. He stated he can not do but your policy states, you can within two days. Then, it was an issue with my toes. I told him I want French tip and once it was time to do that service, he asked me does the French tip looks good and told him no and give him suggestions on how to make a change to and I was polite on how I would like it, the gentleman got aggressive with me and and said I can go somewhere else to get them down better and he does not normally do toes. Why would you guys put someone on my toes if this is not his area so we agreed to not do the toes. Lastly, I am walking to pay for my service and I recited the policy to the host and the gentleman and they started to get aggressive with me and team tagging me while I am just stating in a polite manner, that I am dissatisfied with the service you provided and the policy states you will fix the nail within two days. She agree to file the nail down on the side but said if the paint comes off she will not fix however your POLICY states within two days nails come be fixed and I told her that she will because that’s what the policy says and top of that she is holding my nail hard and I’m not\ngoing to allow a stranger to treat me in that manner if I been nothing but nice and polite to them. LESSON LEARNED DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH ANGEL NAILS because they charging you prices and they have someone who do even know what they are doing and does not keep their promise to their policy!!! more ... less ...

Would give zero stars if possible came in 5 days ago to get dip powder nails within 2 days me and mine friends nails were already cracking and crumbling I finally had a day where I could come back to have them fixed (tod Would give zero stars if possible came in 5 days ago to get dip powder nails within 2 days me and mine friends nails were already cracking and crumbling I finally had a day where I could come back to have them fixed (today) the girl who had to re do my nails was extremely rushed and rough with my hands as if she was upset I had come back to get them fixed I originally paid 120$ for the both of our nails plus a 40$ tip totaling 160$ I’ve had dip powder nails SEVERAL times in the past at other establishments and they lasted well up to 3 weeks sometimes longer these did not last 3 days after getting them fixed they charged me another 40$ and tried to say they were giving me a discount if our nails had been done well the first time I would not even have to be back today to get them fixed so now I have in total paid $200 just for simple dip powder nails absolutely would not recommend luckily for them I was on a rush and didn’t have time to go back and forth with them over being charged for their mistakes will not be returning more ... less ...

I wouldnt recommend this place they dont greeet you when you walk in or tell you how long its going to be they just have you waiting and they dont really do nails that well

I have been to nail salonsfrom Alaska to Georgia and this was the worse service I have ever received. The first time I went it was a man who did my nails and they were fine. I asked for a very light pink color 74 and I got purple. She also only did one coat of the polish and you could see right thru it. She then did my pedicure, a total of 20 min. What? The colors of my roots and nails were supposed to be the same, they were not. My nails were so bad and thick I had to pay another salon $25 to fix them the next day. more ... less ...

The lady cut my finger and the polish was not smooth. 3 nails on my right hand had dips in the polish. Almost looks like spots were missed. If I could give 0 stars I would. Although my service by my nail tech was ok, the service my friend received was very unpleasant. From the moment we walked in the lady upfront was rude. As she was doing my friend’s pedicure, you can tell she was rushing through so my friend asked her if she could spend a little more time scrubbing the heels of her feet, the lady got very unprofessional, started to sling water everywhere and speaking in their native tongue. Not once did my friend get rude or even the slightest out of tone. She told the tech that she didn’t have to worry about finishing. We saw another tech finishing up with his client and asked if he could complete her pedicure (Not knowing that was her husband) he then stated “NO NOT AFTER YOU TALKED TO MY WIFE LIKE THAT” When his wife was the rude aggressor. The entire experience was uncalled for and extremely unprofessional. I will NEVER go there again. No one apologized, they all acted like it was normal behavior for them. Not even my tech, she carried on like business as usual. If we are spending our hard earned dollars the least they can do is be professional, this business is terrible, plus their decor is dated, their chairs are dated, the AC was clearly not working and on top of that the customer service was bad! I was very disappointed by this salon. The appointment process was easy and they were on time taking me back but the service was sad. The \"spa pedicure\" was 15 mins total, from water fill to shoes back on. My manicure I was very disappointed by this salon. His attitude was nasty ...he acted as though he did not want to do our nails. I went in on New Years Day and they were open. I went to another nail place prior to coming here and Tony worked a miracle on my nails (The previous nail place RUINED MY NAILS and then charged me $60).
