They scheduled us and made sure to have enough people to do manicures, gel nails, fills, and the most amazing pedicures - pearl essence. I had Tina and it was the best leg massage I have ever had! Tony did the art on my nails which was a marble and so beautiful and wedding worthy. Whenever we are in Athens, this is the only place we will get our nails done. I am always unsatisfied when Victor does my toes. If majority of your customers speak English then it is important that your employees be able to understand the customer. I told Victor that the water was too hot and he ignored me, therefore I was unable to properly soak my feet and when he began cutting my cuticles he cut my skin and I started bleeding. I was clearly in pain and he continued like nothing happened showing no concern for me. He then proceeded to spray alcohol on my cut and still did not care that I was in pain the entire time. On top of all that he did a very sloppy lazy job on my regular toe nail polish which is now CHIPPED ! Victor will never touch my feet again or any man working in that salon. more ... less ...

He became mad at me because I told him his wife did my nails completely wrong from the previous visit when HE did them… I tried to go back to him only so I wouldn’t have this problem I had today, but he gave a attitude and told me to sit at #7 with his wife and I showed her the picture of my nails and what I wanted,.. you can look at the picture and see the nasty little job she did and expect me to pay $55.00 for that mess!! My nails were bulky round not Almond or Oval! They were UNEVEN and when I tried to tell that wife before she started putting gel she didn’t wanna fix it … instead of that man “BILL” rectifying the situation he preferred to make a scene shouting at me so I told him to clip them so I can leave.. I’ll use my own Acetone and go somewhere else.. I work too hard to hand my money over to a business owner that openly disrespects his customers. more ... less ...

I visited this salon on 11 July to get a gel pedicure and eyebrows waxed. I was very pleased with the devices I received. I went to get a pedicure I ordered the $40 Pedicure The man cut my toe and cut my foot he then worked on my left foot and didnt even trim the left foot at all. Been going here a few years now for a reason. Best prices/customer service/ and quality. I recommend this nail bar above any other place in Athens.
