I’ve been going to this location about a year. At first things went well, with only a few “mishaps,” with the understanding that these are students. Lately the hours have changed and it is very hard to get I’ve been going to this location about a year. I went in today about 12:30 and couldn’t get a shampoo and trim even though they were scheduled to be open until 4pm. I have even called ahead and then arrived to be told I would have to wait HOURS for service. The attendant (a new older woman I have never seen before) was boarder line rude about the fact that my daughter and I would not be helped. Not even an apology…looks like I’ll be finding a new location. more ... less ...

I used to love coming here. Horrible past two experiences. Be prepared to spend 3 to 4 hours. Never seen S&S do that before so cant say if there is an issue with the powder or poor work. Either way Im sad that this salon has gotten to this point. The pedicure went well. But a guy named Andy did manicures. He did a terrible job. He cut the cuticles of my sister-in-law in such a bad way that she was in pain for three days. It was for my sister’s birthday so I wanted to make sure I chose the best place.\n\nThey were very friendly and even accommodating of our time. I let them know we had an appointment at 4 and wanted to leave by 3:30, 3:40 the latest and they had us both done before it even reached 3. Even with getting us done quickly, the quality was still great. I could tell there were quite a few regulars there, which is always a good sign. I will definitely be back. more ... less ...

I’ve been going here every few weeks since the end of October and they are all fantastic! Everyone is so kind and helpful. They always seem to have someone available to help me right then and there. They have an insane amount of colors to choose from. I’ve also gotten a pedicure and that was wonderful as well. Very relaxing. I’ve had my eyebrows waxed and again, it was great. BEWARE OF COST!!! Came in for 3/4 partial foil and was ripped off. Cost listed was $35 and up with additional color cost of $10. Tried charging me $105 and when I refused immediately called the cops. I can’t even explain how unprofessional this teacher is to begin with yelling at her students across the room in front of everyone. And then to be way over charged? I asked why I was paying so much and they said they had to use 3 times the color. I’m sorry that still puts us at $65. When cops arrived they also added they needed extra foils. I just left this business feeling so hurt and angry. I like my nails and was so thrilled I planned to tip the technician well. But the manager or owner, not sure which, pretty much called me a liar and a thief when I cau I just left this business feeling so hurt and angry. She accused me of being dishonest when I told her I received a regular pedicure, not a deluxe. Not only did I choose the regular, it is, in fact, the service I got. She proceeded to tell me I received sea salts, hot towel and a special lotion. I got none of that. I soaked my feet in hot water with nothing added. My legs were not wrapped in hot towels at all. And I dont know the difference between special lotion and regular lotion. I do know the tech squirted the remains of two packets that were already open on my legs. It was very little left in the packets, hence very little on my legs. I was so upset this evening that I was near tears. What a terrible experience. What a terrible woman. I asked for a lighter color and she came back with a color even darker than the previous color. My nail tech Mai was very rough my finger was bleeding at the end of my service. The male doing my pedicure, Cun, did a nice polish job but he was also rough. He was pulling my legs while the nail tech was trying to be steady and polish my nails and he left lotion on my ankles. I understand it’s the summertime and it’s busy but for the price of three services I still expect nail spa treatment, to be listened to and not rushed out the door. more ... less ...

I am so disappointed and distraught with this nail salon. I don’t get my nails done very often but this is the first time I’ve had an experience like this. I felt rushed when I went but the staff was very nice. I am so disappointed and distraught with this nail salon. I really enjoy going into Ruby Nails. Holly, is very friendly and when setting appointments she never fails at getting me in the chair on time and honoring what I need.
