I came into this business for myself and my daughter to get myself a pedicure and my little girl a manicure and pedicure…we was in the pedicure chair and the lady working there made a comment about my shorts (mind y I came into this business for myself and my daughter to get myself a pedicure and my little girl a manicure and pedicure…we was in the pedicure chair and the lady working there made a comment about my shorts (mind you my shorts was not short they was roughly 2-2 1/2 inches above my knee) the lady made her comment in another language and then threw a large towel into my lap absolutely rude and uncalled for not to mention humiliating! I will NEVER use this establishment again…as a paying customer no one should be made feel like that! Especially when the same lady underwear was hanging out! Nail Trix treats my aged father very nicely, and they are patient and understanding of his limitations.

I was there for 3 hours just to get partial highlights. 45 minutes of that was because I had to wait for her to do another lady who came in 1 hr 15 min early. Why did I have to wait instead of her? I highly recommend! I showed a picture and she did exactly like the picture. Price wasn’t to bad , reasonable because I got a design. Love this place and will be going back

I even said excuse me and wanted to ask if Tina was here, however I was given a nasty look then the lady in the front seat turned and began speaking to the lady behind her!! I have never been treated so rudely ever. I usually tip very generously so guess what ladies your loss and I sincerely hope Tonia reads this and has a discussion with them on customer service they need it!!!!!! more ... less ...
