DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME!!! SEVERELY UNDERSTAFFED !! I chose this business because of a review about this salon being family friendly , I brought my daughter who always goes with me and gets a mani and pedi as well. We wa DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME!!! We waited an hour before being seated, there was only two customers in the salon and only two nail techs . You would think maybe a 20 min wait. Not at all , this place is run by sloths. I waited 30 minutes to be seated , another 15 for the tech to bring me colors I did not ask for and then turned around and started working on a customer that had just walked in, Im assuming was a regular. I ended up just leaving with not a single thing done for me or my kid.!! The establishment is not the cleanest or the most organized. Just drive by this one guys... do not waste your time. more ... less ...

I cannot praise this place enough! The Front Desk people are efficient. Joe is (at times) hilariously, seemingly OCD with his determination to get things right. I never got the impression that he experienced any frustration, especially with my inclination for forgetting things that he advised me or asked me to follow-up with. Did not change their gloves when they came back to my pedicure after aforementioned actions.\n\nTech dropped cuticle tool on the ground and proceeded to dip the tool in MY tub water to \"sanitize\" it before returning to using the tool on my feet.\n\nUsed the cuticle clipper tool on me, put rubbing alcohol on it after to \"sanitize\" it, but rubbed the tool on my dirty foot towel to dry it before putting it away for safe keeping.\n\nUsed cuticle clipper on me a second time to clip my cuticles agaib and did not sanitize the second time, instead put the cap back on and placed it back in its place for safe keeping.\n\nToo quick - Selected the deluxe Pedi and asked for a hard massage (I like it rough) and recieved less than 40 seconds on each leg with sugar scrub and lotion.\n\nI said no thank you- I was offered oil or lotion. And I kindly said no thank you to both (because at this point I wanted to leave) and the Tech proceeded to put oil on me anyways against my wish.\n\nWill I go back? I wish I knew about this place a while ago. I go for my nails and pedicure. Never a disappointment, always pleased. Atmosphere is great. Great place where I immediately feel relaxed.

I’ve been going here forever & they always do a great job. The owners, Wynn & Theresa really care about their customers. Wynn is really funny & Theresa is the hardest worker I know. My first visit was wonderful, as I drove up and ask someone that was about to enter the salon. Are they good? She said I think so!! Kathy did my SNS and she did a great job! Worst service I have EVER gotten at a nail salon. Took my Granddaughter in to get her nails done and the atmosphere is immediately off-putting. They ask me my name and I tell them Monica. Then my Granddaughter shows them the nails she wants and they immediately rudely tell her \"No, too hard.\" At this point everyone was staring at us like we were maniacs and we immediately left before getting anything done. Stacy is soo nice and does a wonderful job at what she loves doing!! I love getting my nails done and they always look great, and I get lots of compliments. The paraffin wax treatment is amazing also!

First time doing my nails here I Asked for a manicure with gel polish and the lady only added nail polish , she didn’t even bother to re-shaped or file my nails.
