If you want trendy nails, dont go here.. My nails dont look absolutely terrible. Ill live. They are a little lumpy in places but thats not my issue. They are a little lumpy in places but thats not my issue. I brought myself and my 4 year old daughter for manicures. They told me they could not do the requested colors for her nails. We wanted each nail a different pastel color. The lady simply shook her head no and proceeded to show my four year old other colors for her to choose. Then for myself I showed them a picture of a full set with different pastel color tips. They acted like that was the most ridiculous thing theyve ever heard so I felt like I needed to chose a solid color. I did and when I told the nail tech Id just do a solid color they said, \"oh good, thats much easier\". Ill find another salon where I dont feel like a burden... more ... less ...

I was incredibly impressed with my pedicure from SuSu Nails and Spa! The technician really took her time with the job and my polish looked great. The salon was very clean and a super calm atmosphere, plus the technicians I was incredibly impressed with my pedicure from SuSu Nails and Spa! I want to add to my past experiences here, they are not the most friendly people but they do honest work a few steps down on paying attention to detail but my nails lasted awhile, the price is cheapest around carrollton.

Steve did a fabulous job on my nails. He paid close attention to detail and made sure I was satisfied. I’m not sure who did my pedicure but it’s been the best pedicure I’ve had in a while. I wish I could leave them 0 stars… by far the worst nail salon I’ve ever been too. This place sucks! I told the lady to shape my eyebrows, I didn’t want much hair at all waxed off and she did the complete I wish I could leave them 0 stars… by far the worst nail salon I’ve ever been too. I told the lady to shape my eyebrows, I didn’t want much hair at all waxed off and she did the complete opposite!!!! & I refused to pay because my eyebrows were uneven and super thin the manager or whoever he was completely ignore the way my face looked and told me to pay and come back tomorrow & they’ll fix them! How !?!? How are you going to make my hair grow back!?!? & to make the whole experience worst it was birthday and I had to attend my own birthday dinner with my eyebrows looking crazy. My pedicure was half done as well, lumps in the gel polish, some of my toes weren’t even fully polished when I looked closer at them & my feet didn’t feel smooth at all and I can see patches where she half scrub the callus off of my heels. & she didn’t even lotion my feet, so I left with ashy feet.
