When I first started going , I thought I had finally found a fit where I can feel comfortable getting my nails and feet done, it was clean and in a nice area. Then reality hit, very unorganized, they usually take appoint When I first started going , I thought I had finally found a fit where I can feel comfortable getting my nails and feet done, it was clean and in a nice area. Then reality hit, very unorganized, they usually take appointments but I still would have to wait , I felt as if it was only me that had to wait even with appointment. The shop would then try and make it seem like it was my fault or they would justify the reason I had to wait. They clearly need more workers, attitude very rude, unprofessional. Only good thing about this shop is location and it’s clean, every time I got tips most of my nails would pop off then when Came back for repair after two days the owner would still charge me and say it’s my nails for the reasons the tips are popping off. To be honest most nails shops in this state are unprofessional and the services sucks. I cal two days no more than 24 hours in advance for appointment and they still seem to be always confused about appointment. Terrible terrible… I hate to play the race card but I can tell I was on lower priority and I noticed all AA were as well. Get it it together finest nails, it’s beginning to be real unprofessional especially being located in Tosa..,. Never going back. Just lost a good customer more ... less ...

I had dip and tips done in Indiana about 4 weeks ago. I called Lovely and asked if I could do a fill on them and was told yes, and I could come in at 2. When I got there I told them what I had an appt for and they said t I had dip and tips done in Indiana about 4 weeks ago. I called Lovely and asked if I could do a fill on them and was told yes, and I could come in at 2. When I got there I told them what I had an appt for and they said they can’t do a fill on dips, they soak it off and start over. So I said ok and showed my picture of what I wanted, the woman kept saying “No we don’t have that” and gave me the color swatches to pick my colors. They had lots of pretty colors and glitter colors I think she just thought I wanted a specific style of fancy glitter from my pictures.\n\nOnce I got my colors picked out they got started on me right away. Everyone here was extremely friendly and personable and just made it feel like home. There were 3 ladies working so there were a few other women who came in for services and they were all repeat customers you could tell because they were treated like family. The lady who did mine was attentive and made sure I got what I wanted. I love the way my nails turned out - absolutely beautiful. And everyone was so kind! I 100% recommend this place for a cozy atmosphere and personal experience! more ... less ...
