I recently went with a friend and received french tips on toes .. Before this polish change, I had white polish on my toes .. My white polish was not fully filled off which resulted in there being white streaks on my toe I recently went with a friend and received french tips on toes .. I brought this concern to the nail technician, and she did not fix my problem. I spoke with the manager and instead of her fixing my toes, she insisted on me sitting down and allowing the nail tech to continuously dig her nails and file into my toenails. This was obviously not fixing the mistake .. She needed to remove my polish and start over which is not what she did !! They showed very poor customer service !! more ... less ...

The lady I used left so I figured I would try the owner Nancy for a pedicure, surely she would be good. I always prep my feet and told her not to cut them. I bled on the left toe. She said she fixed for me. What the hell? I was mortified! Not to mention I am still months later trying to get my toes to grow out of the quick! I had been cutting my own for all that time, because I was so traumatized from that hairdresser doing what she wanted to do to my hair...NOT WHAT I ASKED FOR HER TO DO TO WITH MY HAIRCUT. From the time I began asking around at my former employer, several ladies (5-7 that I asked, because I liked their hairdos) all had the same thing in common..yes, you guessed it! They were ALL HAPPY, SATISFIED LONGTIME CLIENTS of DAVID DIOR, OF DALLEN SALON. So, my point is this, most everyone who becomes a client, stays a client and also because a friend. 🥰❤ more ... less ...

I went in for a pedicure and when I went to pay the price given to me was not what was charged. I was charged $96. I have it set to get a notification each time something is charged to my account l, not only $96 charged I went in for a pedicure and when I went to pay the price given to me was not what was charged. I was charged $96. I have it set to get a notification each time something is charged to my account l, not only $96 charged once but twice all while I was there. I was told that it’ll go back on there. Was told that if it’s not back on my card the next day to come back in and they’d refund me in cash. I went on a Saturday so yeah nothing could get resolved. The man that was attempting to take care of it was very rude to me, even smiling and laughing about it. It’s not ~$200 taken out of his checking account so I guess to him it’s no biggie. Was told several times that oh this has happened to several customers because the machine is new. I will not be back. more ... less ...
