So I came in for a fill in with gel polish. Pedicure with regular polish/French. Total 80.00. Now the Pedicure is suppose to be 25? Fill in 22.. plus gel color I would have paid 65.00 total at my normal nail shop. But I So I came in for a fill in with gel polish. Pedicure with regular polish/French. Total 80.00. But I decided to come into my neighborhood and bring money into the community and also establish a relationship with this nail shop. Hoping to bring my business back. But when you over charge me and tell me 80.00 for the service I received that tells me all I need to know. I’ll keep my business where it’s been. Even if I have to travel 20 min to get there. Never again. They over charged me. And that not cool. People make sure you add up what they charging you. They will never get my business again. Thanks. more ... less ...

To start off I went to this nail shop because it was as close to my Home. And was tired and didn’t want to drive to my normal nail shop. This shop is so bad with service. Ok that person started on my hands taking polish off I told her 1 finger was sore not to touch it but she did anyway saying oh sorry sorry. Then she left to help someone else. And sent me down to another tech. She clips my nail and starts to repairs the broken nails and then tells me it’s going to be $70 not today lady. When the owner said when I got there $45 for everything I have natural nail’s wasn’t getting acrylic nails. They had people waiting for hours telling them be right with them that’s them if they wanted to wait. But I got up and walked out. Never again. And they are rude to customers talking in their language to each other when you ask them something or complain about service. Bad ail Shop more ... less ...

I have been coming to this spot for a long time. They have new management now. I got a pedicure and everything was going good until I asked for a third coat on my nails. Then she smiles and says I like your hair. It is very OBVIOUS they were talking about me and for this reason I wont be returning. They have to realize that as a customer, they are providing a service and because I ask for something additional they dont get to talk about me and then smile with a fake compliment. Especially as a woman of color, we FUND these places in order for them to be in business. They have lost a loyal customer. more ... less ...

When we returned they were ready for us and we were pleasantly surprised that they didn’t hound us about all of the up-charges that the other nail shops are becoming known for harassing their customers about. I placed an online order at 9:20 am. At 2:10 p.m., I got an email saying my order was ready to pick up minus one item which had been cancelled due to not being in stock. When I got to the store at 5:10 p.m., they had onl I placed an online order at 9:20 am. When I got to the store at 5:10 p.m., they had only one item, out of six of my order at the counter, and despite talking to 3 different managers, not one could offer an explanation as to what happened or where my order went. They all offered to go pull the items right then and there which as I kindly explained to them REALLY defeats the entire purpose of the \"online\" purchase. I placed it mostly to save time and also as a way to minimize exposure time. In the amount of time they spent calling other managers etc, I could have gone and gotten the items myself, at least twice. They did eventually go and get the items picked and I was on my way after getting upset and being there for 40 minutes for a simple 6 item online purchase. All I wanted was an explanation of what happened and/or the satisfaction of knowing that someone would be held accountable for their actions, which there seems to be a complete lack of these days. Upon entering I spoke to Liam. It was understood that I would get the standard pedicure. As the nail tech worked on my feet, she attempted to use the large scraper, which I kindly declined. This resulted in a comment to another nail tech. While using the loofah pad, she neglected to reach all parts of my feet. When I pointed to the missed area, she again commented aloud and as a result, Liam came over to the area. I explained that I was not requesting extra services nor did I require an upgraded package. I simply wanted the missed area to be addressed. It was disappointing to show support to a business that left me feeling less than satisfied. Customer service is important! It is my hope that customers will be treated well and not continuously upsold. Liam has done my nails before and has done a great job. Jimmy did my nails and he was great!! Quick but beautiful work! The facility inside is clean and organized. I got a full set of acrylic nails as well as a basic pedicure. The only thing I would say is when you schedule appointments make sure they have the correct info as the bride to be had to wait almost 2 hours for the artist she asked for specifically to be avaliable. By Wednesday morning I wanted them taken off. I found SKINWORKS online and was able to schedule an appointment for Thursday afternoon. Karma was amazing! She asked detailed questions about my install and went over the removal process thoroughly. She educated me on proper lash installation and why the current installation was uncomfortable to my eyes. She successfully removed the lashes in a very reasonable amount of time. I’ve been looking for an esthetician for my daughter and I, so I’ll definitely be returning. more ... less ...

I’ve used this place multiple times due to convenience as it is close to my home, but I won’t go back. The man who did my pedicure was very nice and my nails look ok, but the past 2-3 times I have come here he has scrubbed the arch of my foot with the pedicure block so hard that I’ve left with scratches/cuts. Today I had to stop him and tell him it was painful and he just looked surprised as if scrubbing the soft skin on the arch of the foot shouldn’t be painful..?
