I’m extremely picky with my nails and don’t typically leave reviews but at 4 seasons they are so attentive to detail I always know I will get fabulous service!!! I have been here twice now (because everyone deserves second chances) and my conclusion is don’t waste your money or time. I got a deluxe pedicure and there was nothing “deluxe” about it. I got a deluxe pedicure and there was nothing “deluxe” about it. The lady who did my SNS nails was finished before my pedicure was done if that tells you at all how they turned out. None of them are friendly or even said hello to me when I walked in and sat down. The quality and price don’t match. Overall, I’m extremely disappointed with the quality, friendliness of staff and will not be back. There are plenty other nail salons around that will make you feel welcomed AND do a good job. Me and my daughter went to get our nails done last Saturday, the nail service was great. Only thing I noticed was that they asked some customers if they would like a drink and not us. However it is under new ownership, and after going today, I can’t say I will be back. I had made an appointment four days prior for a kids pedicure and an adult pedicure. They took two walk ins before me. Started on my pedicure and my 8 year old daughter sat in a chair beside me. No water in the pedicure bowl, no one had acknowledged her. Then when I told them what type of pedicures my daughter and I wanted, from their list, they kept pointing to the most expensive ($49). I showed them that I wanted the $35 and they continued to try to upsale me. I also had to point out that no one had started on my daughter’s pedicure but three other walk ins were already being pampered. The lady who had started my pedicure told me my daughter would have to wait. I told her absolutely not, that she and I both had appointments and showed her my confirmation. They got someone to start my daughters pedicure, then proceeded to do a poor job on both of our pedicures. No hot towels, no removal of old nail polish without me pointing it out, polish on skin in multiple places etc. Unfortunately, I am now looking for a new nail place because I will\nnot be back to Essence. more ... less ...

Before they became Royale, I went to Sonoma Nails.. absolutely loved them. Recently, about a week ago, I went in to get a manicure and a pedicure. Pedicure was wonderful and I loved my manicure... but after a week, my GEL NAILS started to chip. I paid over 80 dollars for gel and everything, just to find out it was NOT gel. They took awhile to attend to me and then just to lie to me and charge me for nails I never got... wish I could say Ill be coming back. Just moved to the area and after a Google search I chose Sun Nails. I arrived 10 minutes early but they seated me promptly after I checked in. The owners were very courteous and pleasant. I was amazed at how quickly the whole process was completed (less than an hour). I will definitely return for further upkeep on my nails. Tina did my hands and Lisa did my feet. This place is right around the corner from my house so this will definitely be my spot to go!!! I was waiting till I at least had been 3-4 times. The first set I got I left gleaming and decided to give them a second chance.
