I got my nails done at this place twice and both times my nails came off in a few days. The second time I went there with my kids and my kids nails came off the same day. The owner did my nails again in 15 minutes and told not come back again. It was very embarrassing as she was yelling and told me not to come there any more. I have been going here for 6+ years but I have noticed a huge decline in service. I got a gel manicure and pedicure Wednesday night. When the nail technician was done, she put my hands in wax and now they are so dry and I have been going here for 6+ years but I have noticed a huge decline in service. I’ve never had my hands peel or have had dry hands in my life. Additionally while I was getting my manicure, they told me they couldn’t do what I wanted (which was just sparkles). Then when my boyfriend was asking me if it was enough or if I liked it the nail tech told him they’re fine. Next she looked at me and said men talk too much. The prices are extremely high, there is a sign on the door for the cards they take but then refuse them when you check out. I came in for a fill another shop had done weeks ago and they charged me a full set price. I came in for a fill another shop had done weeks ago and they charged me a full set price. My nails were medium length and needed a fill that could have waited. I was referred to this shop by a friend who was a frequent patron but also decided to go somewhere else because of the high prices. There is no price list of clear communication with the customers which makes you feel like they are making up their prices as they go. It was a very upsetting experience to stand there and be charged almost $150 for two services and then refused my payment of method after it was advertised that it was accepted. I was embarrassed since there was other patrons in the building receiving services at that time. I will NOT return to this establishment. more ... less ...
