I had smae experience as lot other 1 star reviews. I tried to go for walk in. There were only 2 clients and they sent me away saying they were too busy. Thus time I booked an appointment. At 2.45 they took me in and then she started saying that I didnt mentioned when booking appointment that I needed to remover sns and she didnt have time for it. What was I gonna say on that. I canceled my appointment and walked away. Never going back there again cos obviously they are too busy to do business with you. more ... less ...

This was my first time ever going to this salon and the last time I will ever go. I went in for a pedicure and chose one of the most expensive pedicures they had ($60). I had chosen a pedicure that had a 15 min massage. The lady massaged my feet for maybe 4 min (I know because I tracked the time on my phone). Not only that, but the rest of the process was done poorly. She was such in a hurry to finish because she had another client waiting on her. When I went to the front to pay, I had told the owner about it, and she refused to believe me and rudely said she had massaged my feet for a longer period of time. The only reason why I give this nail salon a one star is because the lady messed up on the first gel color I had chosen (was not dry yet due to being in a hurry) and she took the time to fix them by applying a different color. more ... less ...

Ive been coming to this nail salon for several years and they are great. Ive tried others in the area and always come back to Elite. The staff are friendly and remember you. I was gifted a $50 gift card during COVID. The gift card expired when everything was getting somewhat back to normal. I called to ask if I could redeem and the lady who answered the phone said nope, its expired and so yo I was gifted a $50 gift card during COVID. They are very professional clean and kind. The only problem I have is they always have the news on I go to a nail salon to get pampered and unwind.
