I just confirmed with my bank that this nail salon took an additional $6.00 for a tip when I already paid for the service and tip. When I asked them face to face about it, I was lied to. The bank told me that they only take what the merchant manually gives them to take, period! I watch all of the coins I spend. I was charged 65$ for nail removal and a full set but didnt get what I asked for..I told the woman I wanted coffin shape, just like the nails she took off and she still gave me long square tips. The only person that deserved my tip was the woman that did my pedicure. She had me after closing time but she still did a wonderful job and she took her time.
