Find best hair and nail salon in Douglasville , Ga

I came in on 4/1/22 around 5:30p to get my nails taken off. I was told it would be a wait so that’s no problem since there are two people ahead of me. So I’m thinking it shouldn’t be that much of a wait. A I came in on 4/1/22 around 5:30p to get my nails taken off. As I am sitting down waiting to be called literally 5 people came in and got called back with no waiting. So here’s where the my issue started. After waiting for an hour I asked the same lady (number 3) that told me it would be a wait how much longer would it be… Come to find out they only have ONE PERSON who knows how to take acrylic nails off… like huh!? Then say that when I first walk in and asked you so I can at least have an idea on how long I am expected to wait! I guarantee you had I just been coming in getting my acrylic nails taken off and getting a fresh set I would have been seated a lot quicker than today. I am still currently waiting to be called and it is 7:00p and so far I’ve counted 8 people that have went before me. I said all this to say I will not be coming back here or any other nail salons I’m just over them in general and I’m pretty sure it doesn’t matter to them that I added my little two cents here but I’m sick of it! more ... less ...

The shape was not the shape I asked for. The nail tech I had was very rough and was burning my natural nails with her drill. The acrylic was very messily done and so were the rhinestones. I asked her to put half on my card and put 15 dollars in cash for the rest of the payment. So I realized she had overcharged me and I was already upset about the customer service. I am surprised at the great reviews which is the main reason I came to this nail salon. I arrived to the salon on a Friday afternoon and there was only one other customer (1st red flag). I arrived to the salon on a Friday afternoon and there was only one other customer (1st red flag). The nail tech Brandon rushes through polishing my nails. At the time I didnt notice the imperfections. The nail polish mustve been old as i watched him pour thinner into it. Just look at those pictures. This looks like my daughter did it. When I returned to get a refund the next day and/or fix the situation, Brandon yelled loudly at me NO REFUNDS and told me I shouldve said something yesterday. He did not acknowledge his faults and continued to deny any accountability. I felt very uncomfortable in that moment. I did not want to lose out on my money due to their policy. I allowed him to correct the mistakes. The customer service was horrible, the nail service was even worst. Do not go here there are plenty of places in the area. Why does Douglasville allow these places to stay open and not require to change their quality of service after receiving all of these Bad reviews. Its just horrible.

The guy who welcomed us was funny and energetic, they lady who did my pedi was great and enthusiastic as well, and the guy who did my mani was also a joy. They were all great people !!! The owner Sue was ask could she shape my nails the way the young man that normally does and she got upset and refused to do my nails and left me sitting in her chair. When her husband Tony was there this would have never happened but any who. She is rude and very unprofessional and not only that I was coming there spending my money in a nail shop that was not clean, ceiling filled with water stains and not to Mention the waxing area Disgusting., what was I ever thinking. I was thinking of comfort but once you took me out of that zone , I received that best gift you could have ever given me Sue. A new salon upscale for the same price I was paying you for 15 years. I’m a pretty shy person and they made me feel extremely welcomed and comfortable, which doesn’t always happen. Not only that, but the work was wonderful and better than what I had originally asked for…and it lasted for over 3 weeks! My nails were done by Kenny and my pedicure was done by Xinne, unfortunately I didn’t get any pics of my pedicure but I just got brown gel polish and it looked amazing! more ... less ...

Instead of her stating that she needed to work on another customer, she became boisterous and all the other native speakers stared staring. I asked for a flower with a rhinestone on the middle. She did a good flower and put the gems on. I waited for the top coat to dry and paid and left. I didnt even make it a yard before the gem on my right hand fell off. I walked back in and was told at first it was because I had it on my middle finger... huh🙄 then she said it was because I have on gel polish... wouldnt replace the gem, just took the other one off and put more silver glitter polish and say glitter last longer. SMDH. Ive had worse experiences but I surely wont be going back. more ... less ...

I spoke with Sylvia and she was professional and very courteous.\nKim did a good job! I got a no chip and a pedicure. Even though it was a basic pedicure she made it feel like a spa pedicure!Great massage and conditioning for my hands and feet.\nThe decor is beautiful. Its very elegant, very clean, and very serene, like the name.\nAlso, if youre looking for a location to host a spa party for you and your friends oh, this place is perfect. more ... less ...
